Temple of Honour statues & 'Articula' Statues

Not too complicated, but nice QoL changes:

1. Either set Temple of Honour statue to Excalibur (the OG poster-child of Warframe, the first in-lore Warframe ever made), or allow us to choose a frame of our choice at the console in the room.
   • If we get the ability to choose, DE can begin simply, by creating a default skin of the selected frame with the same stone texture as the current Loki statue. The next step would be in implementing the choice of stance (Agile or Noble). The final step would be to create a replica clone of a player's current warframe appearance, but possibly with an altered texture to make it more clearly a statue (or provide different material types, such as stone, bronze, gold etc.). I know the system can be done, because Skyforge did it quite effectively, and it was really awesome to see in-game.
2. Implement some basic 'Articula' statues for the Dojo. Don't make them cost as much capacity as the Orbiter ones, but limit their special effects to reduce the impact on performance.
   • These would need to be scale-able to at least 1:1 size, so players can create halls and museums of their notable players, or even of their private collections
   • DE could simplify the system by using basic stances, no attachments/syandanas, no special effects (such as Nova's reactor ports, Frost's Squall helmet etc) and/or no regalia/sigils
   • DE could even create different types of 'Articula' statues; those with special effects/syandanas and those without. Statues with more effects should cost more capacity, to prevent them from being too much of a drain on performance
