AMD Ryzen CPU Performance Fix

Not as much a bug, but a fix for many performance issues of players using the Ryzen CPUs/ APUs.

After suffering through performance issues for months while using a 1950X Threadripper (of all things), I have finally figured out why the game was running so poorly.

You will need Ryzen Master, a program that can be found on the AMD website or by searching "Ryzen Master" in google.

This software is required to enable Legacy Comparability Mode at a hardware level for many game applications using older processing methods.

Simply install the software, create a new profile, and disable all except the additional control area where you will be toggling the Legacy Compatibility Mode. Restart your PC after clicking Apply at the top as requested by the software.

This not only removed massive stutter issues that kept occurring for me, but also doubled my FPS in every situation/ screen.

I hope this helps someone else out there experiencing similar issues using AMD Ryzen CPUs/ APUs.
