Gara: Shattered lash+Mass Vitrify Bug

Hello , I have noticed in some missions when i use Gara that sometimes if i cast "mass vitrify" and then use "shattered lash" on the wall to break it and empower my "Splinter Storm" it won´t break at all , happened to me sometimes and often i was able to do it again (break the glass) after trying again  BUT i just came from a mission where i wasn´t able to break the glass wall on ALL my attempts, i tried many times but i couldn´t (of course i have tried using shattered lash at it from different angles and the minimal possible range).

The last mission i did where i couldn´t break the glass at all was in a kuva siphon exterminate in Sedna , the only "strange" thing i did was going Operator mode , using Void dash , and going back to warframe.
