Cursor travel speed inconsistent depending on what D-pad button you press

Description:

With the new update, pressing the D-pad Left makes the cursor travel faster than pressing D-pad Down, D-pad Right, and D-pad Up.

Expected Result:

Pressing D-pad Down, D-pad Right, and D-pad Up should have the same cursor travel speed as D-pad Left.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go into Foundry. Make sure there's at least three items listed there.

2. With the first item highlighted, press D-pad Right. Note the travel speed of the cursor.

3. Now that the second item is highlighted, press D-pad Left. Note the travel speed of the cursor is much faster than when you pressed D-pad Right.

4. Press D-pad Down. Note that this travel speed is slower than D-pad Left.

5. Press D-pad Up. Note that this travel speed is also slower than D-pad Left.
