Immersive Ambient SFX

Ever since the beginning of Warframe i run through missions listening to the same pace music playing out of no where till one day it starts to grind my gear, so i have muted it. It is also beneficial for hunting rare caches by listening to the environment.

But a new experience has occurred today. I broke a glass window in a Corpus ship and went down the elevator ignoring the lockdown, a stalker spawn right on the spot and finishing him lifted the lockdown but the sound effect is still playing. I ran though the entire mission with that sound effect and it gave me a new perspective experience. I felt more immersively with the ship's hull humming and distant alarm ringing, and right off reminded me Dead Space which is a game highly dependent on audio effects to let players immerse than playing bunch of horror music all the times. Makes me wish Warframe can achieve that kind of level with more collection and louder realistic environmental effects than just having music.

Anyway is just my 2 cents. I don't expecting DE will do this.. ta~ o/
