Equipping weapons with minus capacity

So I unveiled a Magnus riven, equipped it and then ranked it up to max. This left me with -3/60 capacity.

Although the UI flashes red with opening the Magnus upgrade screen it still lets me exit the armoury and use the pistol in mission.
