Rank up 12->13 , Cant see the floors, everything is white

When I wanted to Rank up 12->13 , I couldnt see the floors, everything is white and I've seen the video and how it's suppose to look, I tryd twice and the same result 😞

To be clear, you can stand on the ground and shot the enemies, it's just impossible when you dont see the floor+it's vanishing  """>_>

Try turning down all brightness related settings (gamma etc), as these might cause issues in this environment. I've seen this before but forgot which exact setting caused it.
