streamer glyphs not working/in the arsenal

what's up y'all?

tried to find if there's already a thread on this topic but i couldn't find one.

short story, i used a redeemcode for a streamer/youtuber but it doesn't show up in my regalia selection. i redeemed the code through the promocode page on warframe.com but if i try to use it in the market in-game it says that it has already been used by my account.

so how do i get to use the glyph?

its a glyph..not a badge or regalia.

its what shows up on the profile icon here on the forums and in game.
