Vauban rework proposal
1st
healing area (replace tesla)
    drops ball that will cause healing to all players in the area.
    max 3 at time, can be stacked
    -range - 7m
    -haealing - 25hp/sec
    -duration - 7 sec
    -consumption - 50 energy

2nd
-consumption - 35 energy
-radius - 5m      -> electric.../damage buff
-duration 20 sec  ---------^

> bounce
    works only on you and enemies
    amount of uses can be boosted by power strength

> electric... [something] (replace trip laser)
    works like old 1st ability but..
    +robots - disable for 10 sec
    +grineer - stun for 3 sec
    +corpus - takes down all shields, and deal health damage (25% of enemy shields)
    -attack speed 1/sec (can be boosted by power strength)

 > shred
    ok
    
> damage buff (replace concuss)
    creates small buff area
    only 1 at time
    -buff - 1.5 damage
    
3rd
bastille
    -radius - 13m
    -max 10 at time
    
4th
vortex
    -consumption - 75 energy

passive
can't be detected by security devices (mines, cameras, lasers)

 

it's not perfect, but DE can use one of my ideas

How about adding Turrets to his 2, 4 turrets can be deployed at the same time. Throw 3 will refresh duration of all turrets within its range. Turrets gains fire rate and damage but loses range with each hit similar to mesa's 4. Each turret can only target enemy within a 45 degree angle. Each turret's damage at max strength should be at least half of what mesa's 4 can deal.
