Window mode plus automatic hide taskbar equal bad?

I'm stupid, but I find something interesting that I want DE to fix and it is concerned about having window mode just so that my game could perform better and at the same time I want the game to cover the screen as much as possible and so I had my taskbar automatic hide on, but I had some problem that comes with it. The mouse cursor does not stay in the middle of the screen, but it stays in the window and because of that whenever my mouse cursor touches the edge of the screen at the bottom, the taskbar just pop up like it's saying hey do you need something? that gets really annoying and it ruins the game experience for me. The only solution for me to fix the problem is to drag the taskbar to the top of my screen because it has that space or border in between them.
