Warframe disconnects from internet

So while I am playing there is no performance or stuttering or any hiccups, neither with chat, or any external uses of the internet like discord voice chat. But once the mission is over Warframe claims to have lost connection to the internet and semi-crashes because the only thing it allows you to do is reset pasword, or exit the game. But by doing the last option it resets all progress you made in that mission. Now this was taken after the third time leveling Nekros Prime to max level with Mote Amp until lvl 21, it was a mission of  30+ minutes and  would prefer not doing it again. This is not a standalone issue, it has happened multiple times and I checked my internet is good (also confirmed with using voice chat with no hiccups)
