Noticeboard for clan dojos

Honestly I've never been around the dojo long enough to know if this is already a thing but if not it should be, either as a tab on the dojo screen or a placeable decoration that anyone with the appropriate rank can write on.

A reason for asking this is because I went to one of the labs to do some shopping and noticed another console with different colours to be researched, I don't know what exactly that was but we needed a lot of white pigments and apparently I had almost 100 just sitting there and would've donated much sooner had I known we needed them.
