[Improvement] Syndicate Missions - Medallions

Syndicate Missions could use a few changes:

  • Picking up medallions should count for all
    Is it really necessary that each and everybody has to claim the medallion him-/herself? Atm. it's a constant back and forth across the map. It would be more fun if you could split the work on medallion hunts and mission objectives.
  • Picked up medallions should count for late-joining players too
    Some syndicates aren't as popular as others and getting additional players in a mission can take a minute or two. They shouldn't see a penalty for joining late, that's especially depressing on the few defense missions layouts that feature medallions.

Simple solution:
Handle medallions like the optional resource caches in Sabotage missions: one finds it, all receive it at the end of a mission.
