Clan Ascension cancelled?

Hi,

 

I am currently the owner of a shadow clan and we reached enough affinity to start the ascension ceremony at rank 7 to 8.

As we did 2 other members also joined the ceremony and received 8k endo each.

 

Next day I went to check on the ceremony and to my surprise it was gone. 

There was 72-hour countdown for the ceremony for other members to join and the clan rank stayed at 7 from 0%.

 

I was expecting the clan to reach rank 8 after a countdown of 72 hours on the ceremony but it doesn't exist anymore is this somehow supposed to happen?
