FPS drops from 60 to 20

i bought a brand new Legion Lenovo PC so i wont suffer from 20fps on low grapghics, i have the laptop for 5 days and untill day i have been playing on the highest graphics at 60fps without at problems at all. 

i logged in today and on every single mission mod i have fps drops to 20fps and even 17! i havent changed anything in fact not even 12 hours have passed from the last time i played and it was perfect.

any idea what those massive fps drops came from?

I face the same problem when i log in to the game the game run smoothly without an issue at fps from 80 to 110 but after 2 or 3 missions the fps suddenly falls to 40 to 50 

its been like this for 4 days I hope they fix it soon
