loading screen crash

Hello, my problem is that i was on a 40 min farm in the void (Ani), and when we wanted to extract the screen went black, i could chat, talk, or press M, or abort mission, etc, but could not end the mission, and then after a restart i lost all the loot, is this a common thing after long farms or simply the games wants me to quit?
