Stuck after falling into a pit during a stealth takedown animation

1. Enemy stands very close to the edge over a pit

2. Perform a stealth takedown on the enemy. The enemy is positioned such that during the takedown animation, the warframe gets positioned beyond the ledge, on thin air, and starts to fall down into the pit

3. The warframe falls into the pit during the takedown animation and gets teleported back out onto the ledge before the animation ends

4.The warframe is now stuck. Can run in place, but can't move, shoot or use abilities. /unstuck doesn't work.
