Tesla is weak and the charge is gimmicky at best. Minelayer is clunky because to swap is press and to use is hold when it would be faster to use and more intuitive to reverse that scheme. My changes would be to roll tesla into minelayer as a 5th invert the swap/use controls and make it his 1 and change tesla link to be like ivara's quiver augment and change/add effects to some of his mnes. His new 2? Dunno give him a turret or something, make it so it has to turn and aim so it doesn't trivialize things like old mesa did, maybe have it scale with rifle or pistol mods too.
