Grineer Engineer And Corpus Clergyman

I dont known if someone already had this idea, but here it is: a Grineer Engineer unit.

 

A specialized unit like the Seeker, but with a grey armor, armed with the dual gremlins, and the ability to disable warframe's powers in a defined radius around him, using a wristlet. He can also teleport and use tesla grenades, like Vor already do, but with less damage than Vor's. The players, of course, will try to target him first, but he will be surrounded by guards.

 

Another power for the Grineer Engineer should be one that reduces warframe's speed, again in a defined radius around him, using his wristlet. This is a way to prevent rushing. 

 

The Corpus can have a similar unit, in the figure of the Corpus Clergyman, this one armed with the spectra pistol. But instead of teleport, this one can have a ability to boost damage and speed from nearby Corpus units, like the Grineer Regulator already do. He also can use tesla grenades, disable warframe's power and reduce warframe's speed.

 

This will prevent power-spam and rushing, thus making the game more challenging.

Are these mini-bosses or another "heavy" unit? Three functions rolled into one unit is a bit too much. All the heavy units right now only have one.

He should be weak in armor and health, so no, its not a mini-boss, its more a kind of saboteur, which stay behind cover.
