In order for you to possibly improve your performance in Warframe you may download the following Programs

I recommend that you copy this text into a notepad file and save it to your desktop for reference.

Click "check status" wait....click Unpark All

To uninstall your drivers correctly you can follow this process.
Restart your computer and start up Windows in safe mode(s).
*Press F8 (if needed repeatedly) and select to enter safe mode before Windows starts

Run Display Driver Uninstaller and select the recommended option, which is to uninstall and restart the computer.
Launch Again in safe mode and install Drivers
After Installation is completed you will restart your computer normally 

 

 

Physx

*If you use Nvidia*

If you have installed the driver using safe mode, physx is not going to be installed.

Latest Physx Driver here - http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.1220-driver.html

or

proceed to find the Physx installation located where you extracted the original set of files.
(default extraction location) is C:\Nvidia\ physx....
if you cannot find it, just re-extract the original driver file located in your download folder again.
*Don't proceed with reinstall when asked, close that window and proceed find your Physx file.
After you have installed Nvidia Physx software then
 

[For Nvidia Users]

On to Nvidia control panel settings
Right click on your desktop and open Nvidia control panel
Under the First Tab [Adjust Image settings with preview] set the bubble selection to Use the advanced 3D image settings and apply, then continue to the next tab Manage 3d settings.
Under Global Settings change this
Texture filtering quality: High Quality
optional but recommended---
Triple Buffering: on
Verticle sync: adaptive

Warframe Launcher Settings: I have Full Screen Enabled but this is up to you.
Since I have a multicore processor I have [enabled Threading Optimization].
Everything else is disabled for lack of necessity.
I have chosen this specific set of presets out of extensive benchmarking.
My hardware - i3570k, GTX 780, 1300w, 1600mhz, 2xssd in raid 0.
 

In Game Settings

*This was tested on Xini, Eris with the player positioned on the ventilation grate and the camera centered on the door.

All in game settings are on high for the following tests.

These following results are to be taken at face value with the intention aimed at isolating GPU performance. This is the reason the test was carried out on Xeni and out of combat.

 

Resolution has a large impact on your frames per second, here below are averages taken at different resolutions.

1920 by 1080  averaged 260 frames per second

1680 by 1050  averaged 300 frames per second

1360 by 768 averaged 440 frames per second

1024 by 768 was 500+ frames per second    

 

Disabling Local Reflections raised my FPS from 260 to 480-500

overall good information, but you may want to explain everything as thouroughly as possible, in expectation that the users that might be looking for performance improvements but not knowing what to do themselves - will go glassy eyed reading terminology they have no idea what is or why you're suggesting this or that change.

the better they understand what and why you're saying something, the better chance things will go smoothly.

 

I can't install because it tells me it couldn't find compatible graphics hardware. Did i do something wrong?

do you have an Nvidia Graphics Card? if not, that driver is not useful to you!

 

 

 

in light of this, i'd recommend this post keeps the most recent certified drivers for AMD and Intel analogs for a Graphics Processor. since not everyone has an Nvidia product.
