Does Warframe You Craft Come With The 4 Skill Mods?

I try to do a research but did not manage to find any topic about this and the wiki does not seem to talk about it either.

On warframe steam forums there's people saying the warframes you buy with platinum DO come with the 4 skill mods, but the warframes you craft with the blueprints DO NOT come with the 4 skill mods where some other people say they crafted a rhino warframe and got the skill mods with it...

It would be nice to have confirmation if whether or not a crafted warframe comes with or without the 4 skill mods!

I believe the only difference between Blueprints and Platinum, is the Orokin (Reactor/ Catalys) that is implemented upon purchase with the Platinum.

other than taht u pretty much obtain all the skill mods of that warframe (is still good to get a duplicate to Fusion with).

I want to say a Plat purchased frame also comes with a slot for the new frame, but don't quote me on that.

^above post.. it doesn't provide one methinks.. however, im not sure what would happen if you buy a plat frame with full slots

The plat version comes with a slot, every thing that takes a slot comes with one.(weapons included)

does it still come with 4 skill mods? because my friend said he crafted a frost but only skill 1 mod appear, I hope that was a mistake

Yes it should come with all four, both crafted and bought frames do. If that legitimately(IE:he didn't accidently fuse/sell them) happened he has several options.

A. Grind mods and hope for what he needs.

B. Grind another frost up for a sure thing.

C. Contact support/file bug report.

You get all four skills, and you can't fuse the skills you get. It makes a the "no" noise when you try.
