Murdash Posted December 6, 2015 Share Posted December 6, 2015 (edited) It's bugged. It works for about 2 or 3 seconds after the activation of Void Pulse, but afterwards it's effect fades. Energy usage of Radial Javelin is 37,5 for me (with 50% efficiency from fleeting expertise). That's my energy while using Radial Javelin 50-12 (-37,5) 112-75 (-37,5) Void Pulse 77-55 (-22) 58-36 (-22) 50-12 (-37,5) So it works for some time, but the effect fades after a few seconds making this passive useless.
