Well Reduxe your making a mountain out of a mole hill. There is nothing wrong with the way your ticket was handled what so ever.
1: There was a coding error in the Paris Prime BP which made the server de-sync. Causing the loss and lack of ability to save the info. DE response was 100% correct they have no logged files due to this error. So they have no proof if your screen shot was a nice photoshop.
2: You didn't lose anything but a few minutes of your life. You didn't lose your key or anything. S@^t Happens.
3: DE knew about and promptly fixed the Paris Prime BP issue. And all is working fine.
4: ZOMG! You have to do void runs again ahhhhhh!!!! That's so life ending.

The thing to consider is doing a major rollback to U8 and putting U9 back on the drawing board.
Sorry i could go into alot of details on why and how U9 is a major failure but i think the majority of them has been said enough.

They can stuff this aura idea where the sun dont shine. I bust my &#! to forma a frame and get all my mods maxed to where i want thim to get shafted by a fixed polarized aura slot and auras that use up my already planned useage od MOD points WTF so flipping angry

i think alot of games get around that by replacing your name with a title
so while the tagline might be "You will die _#J87_" the voice ends up being "You will die Tenno"
That they do. But DE doesnt :P

Bosses don't speak words because in the bosses lines they use your in game name name and 90% of in game names are not even close to being able to be pronounced even by AI.
would you really want you hear AI saying '
tagline "You will die _#J87_"
Spoken "You will die underscore pound J eight seven underscore"

As for your comments about i wont be missed etc do you think i give a F***? You would be just as frustrated if you had payed for something and not gotten what you paid for, i got it via this game so yes this was my first place to complain so deal with it. Im not a super nerd like u guys, when i pay for something i expect results not, not to be given the run around. I've been trying to sort this S#&$ for over a 2 weeks and yes i'm frustrated i have a @(*()$ right to be! i appreciate your help but most of your comments have been insults coated in cynicism with a hint of "when i do it its fine nerd talk". Some of you have helped and Thank you. Also is is Warframes fault! This is their game! it was their link i used! and when i pay for something in-game for something in-game why the F*** is it so complicated. all i wanted was platinum points, Not G1C points! and thats what i thought i was buying. i mean... that would make sense but no.

Ok steps i took, Click "Buy platinum" in game, Filled out details for card. transaction accepted and $ gone. As far as im concerned the points should have been added and that should be the end of it. 3rd according to your receipt you purchased 800 G1C that gamerfirst currency. Which has to be transfered to plat on warframe.

So your claiming you didn't get the snipertron vandal due to a bug or so. But claiming 600+ hours within 10 weeks lol. Dude taken into account average person sleeps 6hours a day. Your going to tell me you spent 52% of your awake time in 10 weeks playing a game and thats not counting if you actually work 8 hours a day either. Sorry but i think you got bigger issues to worry about then getting the snipertron vandal. I strongly suggest you step outside and get some sun and vitamin D.

Don't think the OP understands Warframe is P2P when he is hosting he becomes the server. So basically truth is his internet/PC can't handle being a host. But of readin his other post i really don't think he is going to understand that it is his issue.

Please by all means place the sound FX crew in the next live stream so we can rage on them. I swear their DEAF. They make a awesome sounding weapon then TOTALLY lei;aFHwulesgfa it up. I would like to know what is going threw their minds and why they keep screwing the sounds up.
You guys seriously don't read the forums at all specially the sound crew. Many times feedback has been placed in these forums about how epic a sound or good a sound is DO NOT TOUCH IT. Then what happens next hotfix we get this god awful sound bit. UGH stop messing with the sounds.

I do believe he is talking about the new fireblast. Which is now huge at least double the ring size and makes a wall of flame with a vortex movement to it. and i mean huge :P
Fireblast is now just a lil bit bigger then the pit for the dueling arena. Basically if standing in the middle of the dueling pit and use fireblast it will not be in the pit at all lol.

1: Snipertron you are getting 1 for the reward for killing 20 drones. Your getting a vandal version which is alot better according to datamined info.
2: Braton vandal was a special item for stress testing the server IMO if you didn't stress test you don't get one that would be like asking for a lato vandl and you wasn't in the closed beta.

all color palettes have little to no value..they are 100% COSMETIC OPTIONS
if you don't want it then don't buy it. if you do want it and are complaing its too expensive....i do believe there is an old saying about cake you may want to google.
I don't think your getting the point it's not about it being optional. It's about it being outragous. the things they are offering us to buy it's pointless crap. There really is nothing in Warframe worth spending money on other then the forced slots. I am not and will not support with my money to get nothing in return. Thats like going to the store handing the clerk 30 dollars and just walking out. At this rate the only thing they are going to make money on is ppl that have still mass amounts of plat left many masters/grand masters. DE keeps this track record going their gonna be starving DEV's.

I 100% agree DE is really messing up on this color crap. 5 bucks and the only one still even worth considering buying the the sat classic. And omg the R,W,B is now the biggest joke this is worse then the 88 shades of grey. let alone it's a holiday color pack it should have been credits like the easter pack was so everyone can enjoy it.
