Yes. I'm fairly sure you will be given rewards for ranks you have already gained. Because who has probably given more to the game, a rank 10 or a rank 3? So I would do it.

Ashs ult doesn't always work. I still think the slow cast time of it doesn't match the fast pace of the game. Why use blade storm when you can melt 3 times the enemies to green goo in half the time with a Saryn?

How about an ape heal? Heals 200/300/400/500 health and Sheilds when used. Obviously numbers need tweaking but yeah.
