    Well when Stalker was about to kill Tenno grandpa Hunhow said: "But you're asking yourself, 'Was I one of these wretched things?' You know the answer. You still hate them. You still hate yourself."

    So i think he is a Tenno. And his Operator is still there.

    Actually when you slam attack unalarmed enemy from above you will preform stealth finisher.

    Most likely with Vauban (Now) -> Nekros -> Banshee -> Valkyr -> Oberon ...
