  1. Enemies that deal 2x-3x damage with their stationary attacks than with their charging attacks are:

    Butcher + variants: 30 on charge attack, 90-90-90 with melee combo

    Scorpion: 75 on charge attack, 75-225-225 with melee combo

    Drekar Scorpion: 75 on charge attack, 225-225-225 with melee combo

    Powerfist: 60 on charge attack, 180-180-180 with melee combo

    Charger: 37 on charge attack, 75-75 with melee combo

     

    Other melee enemies for reference:

    Flameblade: 30 charge attack, 30-30-30 melee combo

    Prod Crewman: 20 charge attack, 20-20-60 melee combo

    Leaper: 75 on leap attack, 15-15-15 melee combo

    Runner: 15 charge attack, 15-15-15 melee combo

    Ancient Healer: 75 charge attack, 22 melee attack

    Arid and Frontier elite lancers deal 6 times the damage that normal elite lancers do, making missions with these enemies much more dangerous than they should be. Please fix this so that we can stop getting one-shot in Earth/Phobos sorties.

  3. The principle being used for this "first pass" is pretty clear - the higher a frame's EHP, the lower their bullet jump speed. That's the only factor. Frame powers and frame-by-frame balancing aren't being taken into account yet. So people should keep that in mind before asking questions with obvious answers, like "Why are Ash Prime/Valkyr's bullet jump speeds so low?" or "Why are primed frames slower than base frames?".

  4. Vulklok hasn't been updated with it's post-nerf stats.

     

    Also, Rakta Cernos is showing the same uncharged damage as charged damage and is using charge time of 0.3 instead of 0.25.
