but i disagree that arca plamor is the best weapon ...

if u look at starchart mission , any weapon can do the job if u know how to mod it ( without riven), but when u enter the endurance runs path , only few  can be considered as a weapon to surpass metal gear XD , and arca plasmor isn t that great ( all statut weapon are far better like the pox / torid / cernos muta / hybrid melee ) .

bro, if u want a build for efficiency and duration, u can use the  mod search bar when u mod her ... and put every thing listed . btw, ivara don t need survival mod (aka redirection, vitality etc)

for a specific build , it s great to indicate wich ability u want to focus on ..

when u get your first 25 judgement point, don t go to the boss, use the other arena to get more jugdment point (or save 25 of them for the other arena) 

for the weapon, i strongly suggest the ignis or other beams weapon ( with high pucnhtrough) because of the mini puzzle game.

for the warframe, limbo is #*!%ing amazing ( moderate range, max duration ).

ash/oberon and other armor stripping warframe are great too.

don t forget to move in circle when u figth her and don t get close to other ppl.

before judging ppl when they don t have the lvl max, can u take into account the number of format of the warframe / weapon , because a lvl 0 no formas  warframe isn t equal a lvl 0 5 format one , 
btw, i still manage  do endurance run with my mr 2 alt account (so mr means nothing ) ...  and multiple hours elite survival (with my main account) with a lvl 0 loadout ( except the frame) .

i think u are doing something wrong.

i manage to do a 3 capture  in one nigth with a buddy .

try using a 3-3-2 or a 2-2-3 amp for shield , sarpa with shattering impact to lower the eidolon armor ( don t destroy  the armor )

with a half modded lanka, u can 3-4 shot a limb ( without riven ) 

or u can try a ivara bomber ( quanta muta and castana ) 

don t forgot to build ur weapon with radiation

i don t think spawn rate is a issue with the current survival ( as long as u know how the enemy spawn work, u can use enemy radar-like mod to check if u are in a good spot/ speed them a little ), but i love the idea of the trigger a alarm when u destroy something

if u want a melee only warframe, switch ur inaros for a defy wukong ( arcane grace optional  for qol) stick to ur covert lethality, but with the stiging thorn stance and a lot of attack speed. 

btw, with the rework, nezha is a great support off tank warframe with a lot of synergy .

without using itzal blink, a 300%+ duration zephyr beat everything else .. nova is close behind, 

if u don t use abilty , nezha with a lube build is the fastest .

volt isn t as fast as a nezha, but u have more control over it , the same can be say with zephyr / nova against titania .
