  1. There is no bug, that's just the way it is. You get the ephemera by either vanquishing or converting your lich but since you already have it, killing another lich with the same ephemera doesn't give you duplicates in order to keep inventory nice and tidy. The reason why it shows up in your reward screen is because that's what is suppose to happen when you finish a lich with an ephemera.

  2. The main problem I have with the intrinsics system is that the more you level up, the less the benefits of the rank are worth it. For engineering rank 10, you can automatically repair hull breaches, fires, etc. but for double the revolite cost. Why? Not only do you have to invest a ton of time getting the points just to get that rank, but the perk itself is less beneficial than if you were to just repair the damage yourself. For the time invested, high rank intrinsics give very little value. As of currently, everyone is just advised to stop when they hit rank 8 across the board. The perks of rank 9 and 10 intrinsics are just not good. I would suggest making new and better benefits for rank 9 and 10 intrinsics to justify the enormous cost of time and points. Give benefits that are really appealing and useful, so that people would actually feel incentivized to get rank 9 and 10. The only real motivation right now is just for the mastery points, but that's mainly for those who really want them or the completionists. There's literally no need to go beyond rank 8. I wouldn't mind this grind wall if the perks were actually worth the grind. If you can't give us better, more useful perks, then please reduce the grind and amount of points needed for each rank.

  3. Can we please stop with the randomized stat rolling? The Riven system was already bad enough, the Lich system was worse, and now the Railjack RNG stat rolling takes the crown. I can understand RNG stat rolling for weapons because they are just "bonus" stats, but why does RNG have be be in parts that are crucial to our ship's functionality? It just makes everyone feel really bad when they spend all their time trying to get that one part, only for it to not be the best roll. The reasoning behind the randomized stats is really poor as well. "We want everyone to have a unique ship" There are other ways people can achieve that. It doesn't have to be through stats. In fact it already exists in-game. It's called cosmetics, modding to your playstyle, using different combinations of armaments, components, etc. Why do you feel the need to have some people have the same exact equipment, but because the other guy was lucky and has a better roll than you, he does the job better, faster, and more efficiently than you? Again, if your goal was to give everyone their own "unique" Railjack, then find another way to do so without tampering with the ship's stats. Please.

In devstream 137 you introduced the idea of fusing duplicates to increase the stat bonuses and that you would extend this to Railjack as well in the future. While I think it's an excellent idea, it's also very unnecessary. If you would just stop with the RNG stat rolling in the first place, we wouldn't need this kind of fix. You wouldn't need to devote so much time and power to write it into the game and maybe work on something else that desperately needs fixing. But the damage is already done so I'll stop with the hindsight. With the Valence Fusion being extended to Railjack, PLEASE make it so that everything in Railjack can be upgraded through fusing, not only weapons, but also reactors, engines, and shield arrays.

It's really unfortunate and I really don't want to think of it this way, but I feel like Warframe is really not respecting me and the time I put into it. The RNG stat rolling is really toxic to the game and there was no need or reason to include it in the game at all. I invest 10 minutes into a mission, only to not get the reward I want or get a bad roll one. That 10 mins then becomes 20, 30, 40, and so on until I eventually do get what I want. I'm not even being compensated for the time I've spent when I don't get the part I want. Instead I'm given useless relics that can also be farmed elsewhere in the game and probably faster and easier as well. Railjack parts are not the same, they're not farmable elsewhere in the game. Farming in Railjack feels like I'm gambling. If I wanted to do that I'd go to a casino or play a EA game. Please reconsider this stat system and stop with the RNG stat rolling.

And for the love of God please don't include RNG stat rolling in future content. PLEASE.

  4. The point(ish) of Kuva weapons was to reintroduce weak/unpopular weapons to make them viable and compete with other weapons. Following that trend, I personally would like to see the Stug finally get some much deserved love. Another good candidate for weak and unpopular is the Hind, maybe the Buzlok also because its never actually used (there was that one time where people were experimenting with it for eidolon hunts but it still couldn't compete with Rubico or Lanka, etc.) There's only one Kuva melee weapon also, so maybe they'll introduce another but with melee 3.0 almost every weapon is pretty strong and viable.

If we're throwing all of that aside, then I would like to see a Kuva Sobek and Kuva Twin Krohkur

We'll just have to wait and see. They'll probably show them during Devstream 137.

  5. "I'm mad because I wasted hundreds of hours on an OPTIONAL cosmetic that has literally no impact on gameplay what-so-ever, and now that they made it easier to obtain I'm even more upset because I want everyone else to suffer and go through what I had to go through to get this one item."

From reading the responses, it looks like OP is absolutely convinced that he's right and will not be open to any other perspective. I'm just going to post this and leave. It's a waste of time to argue with people like this so I recommend just stop commenting and letting this thread die.

    To OP,

"Howl all you want, it won't give you your wasted time back."

P.S. As a Tenno before posted, OP really does have the boomer mentality  I'll also reply with the same words.

    OK Boomer.

  6. My request is to maybe triple the drop rates of MK3 parts in Veil missions and lower the costs to repair wreckage. I've been playing Railjack since launch(surprised I haven't gone insane yet with the state it was in) and grinding ever since for that Vidar reactor but still no luck. I really want to take my Railjack out for a spin, but I can't because I don't have the reactor to allow upgrades. Yes, I could just settle for whatever reactor I have for the time being, but why would I do that when I know there is 100% a superior one to the one that I have? Plus, with the ridiculous repair costs, why would I want to commit to anything that isn't a Vidar Reactor? That's literally burning resources for no reason. Even with the "doubled" drop rates, farming for a Vidar Reactor is still a massive pain because its from a 2% to a 4%. Yes, grinding for a good part makes sense, but take into account the time it takes to complete a skirmish in the Veil. I've average around 10-15 min per mission, maybe 20 if it has other objectives. I wouldn't mind such long mission times if the mission itself was actually enjoyable. Every railjack mission is exactly the same instead of having different missions with different objectives. They're literally all archwing exterminate missions, and we all know how much everyone loves archwing. For the time invested doing something that is not as enjoyable as the rest of warframe, it really doesn't feel good when the reward for that time spent is a relic I don't need. So if you don't get the thing you want, haha too bad, better waste another 10-20 min hoping you do. Even when you get the part you want, if it's not 1 or 2 percent off from max, it still feels pretty bad because you know a better one exists out there. That's another 10-20 min per mission for essentially a reroll for something better. Again, I suggest maybe tripling the drop rate of railjack parts. Make it 6% or at least make the percentages higher than relics, dirac, forma, etc.

P.S. Another thing that makes little sense to me is the acquisition of these parts. Why does Vidar and Lavan only drop from end of mission rewards, but Zekti parts drop from literally everything. Lorewise, I thought Zekti were suppose to be best of the best.

  7. According to the wiki, House Vidar Predator has a lower drain but higher percentage than House Zetki's. Vidar Predator drains 7 while granting +75% crit chance while Zekti Predator drains 8 but only grants 72% crit chance. Is this intentional or did DE forget to buff Zekti when they buffed Vidar?

The real question is: why did they stick jellyfishes on her?

That's like the only part I would actually question about the design. I mean, I guess it sort of makes sense because they were going with a theme of "venomous animal species" but jellyfish was really unexpected and outta left field.

This so laughable. Look, I don't need to create, direct, or write a film to point out whether a film is good or bad. I don't need to be a mechanic or a automobile factory worker, to point out a problem with my car. I don't need to be a chef to point out that the steak you made me was still raw in the middle. Same applies.

Except your point is an opinion, you think it looks lazy, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually a lazy design. You don’t know how long whoever designed the frame took to come up with the concept, draw it out, then model the whole thing. So instead of going around squawking “I don’t like the design, therefore it must be lazy” how about appreciating the effort and time put into even giving her a new model for her prime? You may not like it, fine that is your opinion. You could’ve just said “I don’t like it” and leave it at that, but to S#&$ on the person who did design it and say that it’s lazy is really immature and ignorant of you.

  10. Same thing is happening to me for the past 2 days now... I have a 3 day booster so I want to maximize the kuva gains but like 8/10 kuva flood missions I've done gave no relics. At least I'm getting a lot of kuva but still, the no relic bug is really annoying. I've been doing them the minute they pop up too, not like 5 min before they disappear which is another bug where some people say that doing a flood after the timer expires will bug out and not reward you a relic.

  11. In simpler words, "I don't have Excal Prime and I want him so give him to me DE ." To hide the fact that it's just you whining and complaining, you try to justify it by "speaking on behalf of the people." It happens every time a thread like this pops up. You just want him because you don't have him, stop trying to use the masses to try and make yourself look good when you only care about Excal prime and could care less about the "new players." I've said this before but I'll keep saying it until it finally gets through your thick skull. Excal prime is a symbol of appreciation by DE to the founders who risked a lot of money not knowing if it was gonna pay off or they were gonna completely lose that money. People like you who keep crying for him don't see him this way, but only as another commodity. Again, you only want him because you don't have him. Even if DE did give him to you, you wouldn't appreciate him. You would just play him for a few hours and then leave him to collect dust in your arsenal. From what I read, you're not even trying to hide that. You just want him for "the mastery" and collection. Did you pay the $250 to support DE? Did you take the risk knowing full well that you could lose all that money? No? Then stop complaining. If it weren't for the founders, then there wouldn't have been Warframe. It's because founders contributed to DE that you could even be here whining.

A wise man once said, "Everyone wants quality, but no one wants to pay for it." If you can understand if from a founder's perspective then respect it and stop being so entitled.

  12. Was testing new melee with zaws. I was using the dokrahm heavy blade and for some reason procing exodia hunt repeatedly on a group of enemies will slide you all over the place uncontrollably. I'm just mashing e. Not sure if it's intentional or a bug, but it's very annoying when using tempo royale and procing hunt everytime. Keeps sliding me off the simulacrum map (and I assume it will do so on tile sets you can fall out of) causing me to lose any abilities I fully stacked or toggled such as chroma, ember, nekros, etc.

  15. Really doubt DE looks at any feedback regarding Arbitrations but I'll put out my thoughts anyway with that tiny minuscule sliver of hope that DE does read them.

Pretty sure this has been suggested before, but regarding Warframe buffs during each mission, I think that the buff shouldn't just be power strength all the time. Sure frames could use that power strength, but not all frames do. Why would someone like Loki for example need 300% power strength for? Instead, buffs should be given for each warframe stat (except maybe efficiency). Like maybe one mission would give like Mag 300% range or Harrow 300% duration, etc. This way, people might have some incentives to use frames with certain buffs, maybe because it might actually be reliable or just for the S#&$s and giggles. If you are lucky, some missions might give frames that rely on a particular stat a buff. Imagine an arbitration where Inaros is given a 300% health buff, Hildyrn 300% shield buff, or Valkyr 300% armor buff.

As for the weapon buffs, I think it should be more like a riven-esque system but instead of giving a negative, it's all positive buffs. Weapon power isn't the same as warframe power, so I believe that arbitrations should give weapons more than just one buff. Of course, to incentivize people to actually use the weapon(s) given the buff, the only constant buff should be the 300% damage buff. I would argue to maybe even bump it up to 400%. To incentivize people further, alongside the damage buff maybe weapons could also be given something like a 300% buff to cc/cd, status chance/duration, reload speed, fire rate, ips, or basically any stat in the riven system. I would suggest maybe 3 buffs for weapons with again the damage buff being the constant.

All in all, these are just my suggestions that I believe would make arbitrations a lot more fun to play. Do let me know what you guys think.

P.S. Remove revive system thank you.

  16. Im not asking for a full rework, but I think some QoL tweaks will make atlas more pleasant to play. These are just my suggestions and I'm pretty sure people have said similar things in the past but I'm just offering my 2 cents.

Rubble Armor: Rather than having it constantly drain and only giving either health or armor, I think that allowing picked up rubble to give both health and armor will help Atlas survive better in longer runs where enemies become harder to kill and thus preventing you from maintaining that 1500 armor. As for the drain, I think that having rubble armor behave in a Iron skin-esque way would also help him maintain his armor easier. When you think of shooting a rock or boulder, its not constantly losing bits of itself. The bullet would only chip off pieces of the rock/boulder, so my suggestion is to make his rubble armor decrease only when he is taking damage. This would give Atlas an easier time maintaining his gained armor and give people playing Atlas less stress trying to maintain it.

Landslide: I personally don't have any problems using this ability so I don't have any suggestions or tweaks for it. It's a fine ability.

Tectonics: Don't really see any use out of this besides niche situations like the classic blocking off narrow hallway. For now, I'll just ignore this ability and hope it gets changed or tweak in a future Atlas rework.

Petrify: For this ability I'll just regurgitate what everyone is saying, increase size of cone aoe.

Rumblers: Finally, I think that this ability should be treated like Wukong's new 1. My suggestion is to no longer have it be a duration ability, but make it an aggressive specter. With the synergy between Atlas's 3 and 4, you would have a way to maintain your Rumblers' health like how Wukong's 2 can also restore his clone's health.

Again, these are just some of my suggestions that in my opinion would make Atlas a little more fluid(ironic) and pleasant to play. But do let me know what you guys think.

Yes I did buy him. My account got stolen and De could not trace it. So I did lose my investment.

OK, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Assuming what you're saying is true, then that would mean that you were originally a PC player. It still doesn't justify why Excal Prime should be released to console. It just sounds to me like you're complaining to DE to give you Excal Prime because you don't have him on console. You could only become a founder and get him on PC. So if you did become a founder on PC, and all of a sudden switched to Xbox (correct me if I'm wrong) then that means that you should've known that founders wanting to switch over to console would not have their Excal Prime transfer over. So assuming that if your supposed account was not hacked, then would you have remained a PC player? Or would you still switched to console? I'm sure you have your reasons for being a console player, but if you really did treasure Excal Prime that much then you would remain a PC player and this thread would never have existed in the first place. With that, two conclusions I could come up with is either, you are lying, or that you did lose your account in which I'm sorry for you, but it still doesn't justify releasing him on console because something out of DE's control happened to you. From your posts, it just seems like you're using the community as an excuse so that you yourself can get your hands on Excal Prime.

  18. Following up, if it weren't for the founders, there wouldn't even be a Xbox version of Warframe. Please stop being so entitled and appreciate the effort of all those before you who have contributed to make the game what it is today. What you are asking for is basically a risk-free Excal prime, knowing full well that this game is successful. Paying the full $250 now would be meaningless and would just make him another commodity. Unless that's all he does mean to you, then in that case shame on you. The reason that you can even complain about this is also all thanks to the founders of the game who took a gamble not knowing whether it would be worth it or not and the gamble payed off. A wise man once said, "People want quality, but no one wants to pay for it."

  19. Did you shell out money to help support the game when it was first introduced? Did you take the risk knowing that the game could either fail miserably and you lose the money you invested or that it would skyrocket to the state it is today? If you did not then you do not deserve him. He is supposed to symbolize the appreciation of DE to those that did take that risk. Speaking of appreciation, if DE did re-release him now, people like you won't appreciate him. You just want him for the collection, you just want him because you don't have him. If you did get your hands on him, you'll probably play him for a few days then leave him in your arsenal to collect dust.

  20. A minor bug I had with this update is the fish in my personal quarters tank not being the right size. My goopolla is shown as a large even though it;s suppose to be small and I no longer have any small goopolla, just two stacks of large goopolla and one stack of medium goopolla. I went to fish some small ones to see if I just lost them all but when I caught a 2.0 kg goopolla, clearly a small, the game still called it a large one even though it clearly shows my frame holding a tiny fish in one hand instead of carrying a large one with two.

  21. Anyone else not like the coloring options for chroma's dynasty skin? His primary and secondary coloring options are switched, even though vanilla chroma and his prime have his effigy pelt colored by primary and his actual frame colored by secondary options. I just finished building his prime and decided to put on his auxiliary wings, but since it is colored by his deluxe's secondary and not his regular secondary, I ended up having a red primary color(colors his effigy pelt), white secondary color(most of his actual frame under the pelt), but white auxiliary wings. It's probably just a me problem but I feel like this ruins the fashionframe for me. I wanted the auxiliary wings to match the color of the effigy pelt. Maybe in the future DE can have an option to color auxiliary parts separately? Just something I wanted to put out there.
