  1. I had this problem once, and a second time we won, the screen faded to white, and after waiting around 10 minutes I just X'd out.

I'm very put off by this. I probably won't even attempt this mission again unless they fix these issues, it's ridiculous that I haven't "succeeded" once, when I've completed the mission twice now.

EDIT**Clan mates convinced me to try again and both victories were accounted for. I have no idea what the problem could have been but I know the game shouldn't fade to white the second the objective is completed.

  2. I think the biggest problem with a bunch of those mods going away is t hey will just lead to another bunch of mods being "must have" on guns, it will also require DE to rebalance enemies due to the overall lower dmg output. So its not as problem free as everyone may think (though the problem is probably different from what most people think).

Specifically the lowered damage output is what I'm concerned with. Making enemy encounters longer isn't necessarily good; sometimes it can diminish the experience and bore players.

  3. I have this exact problem as well. My game freezes going into navigation, joining a session in progress, attempting to invite, joining a squad (even if they're not on a mission), and trying to open the options menu. Less often but still present leaving the arsenal. And none of this happens if I'm already in a squad.

I think it might be computer related though. I take about three times as long to load into a mission as my brother, during which the "disk" column on my computer's Task Manager spikes right up to 100%.

  4. Recently an alert mission popped up on Kiliken Sector, Venus, with the name Gift from the Lotus and a reward for an Orokin Reactor Blueprint. I ran the mission full-length, bleeding out at the very end. My teammates rushed to the exit, I wasn't keeping track of how long I was dead, and eventually they extracted.

Here's problem #1: It gave me all the rewards except the Blueprint.  I was actually quite sure I was dead for longer than a minute, and I didn't know what to expect in regards to the new change to AFKs/KIAs.

So I ran a syndicate mission (on Kiliken), but the name of the sector was still Gift from the Lotus. I assumed I needed to redo the mission but it never gave me the option. Instead, it sent me to the normal Defense mission on Kiliken, but problem #2: The sector name isn't reverting to normal. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it will stay that way until the alert is expired.

Finally, I decided to see if it really did give me the blueprint, and when I looked in my foundry, lo and behold; there it was.

So I guess my TL;DR is: Should the sector name change back after the mission or after the alert itself ends? Does the new AFK/KIA mechanic affect alert missions differently/not affect alert missions at all?
