Just happened to me on PC; can't move, can't attack, can't switch out of spear mode, stuck immobile. It happened immediately after throwing a spear to catch a fish and I was apparently hit by something that was shooting at an ally bonewidow that arrived to scare the fishes and drag infested onto my position because I guess DE hates the idea of me fishing for 5 minutes in peace? For whatever reason, the moment I was hit, something happened with my spear and now I can't do anything. Unstuck was useless. I'm trapped invisible so I can't even die and respawn to save all the tags, minerals, and fish I picked up. Because of my mod setup I have more than 700 energy and I'm spending 1 energy every 4 seconds to stay invisible (Ivara Prime) so it looks like I'm going to be trapped here for 45 minutes before I even get a prayer of dying and respawning.
