That -95% Punc is really going to kill that weapons dmg. Reducing overall IPS reduces overall Ele's as well. Seeing as Punc is also the primary stat makes it even worse. Very nice roll otherwise.

Multishot is way better on snipers due to combo multipler, best stat imo
