Thanks. 😁 Yes, i've played Duviri and in some way, yes that's one of the reasons. Also if while a weapon is active all ictivated and passive effects are also "passively active" - that's will be something like "It's over 9000!!!" mode for the Operator/Drifter. If you know what i mean🙃

Well, it's up to you. Just use the amp's then. Melee weapons is the only avalable category left for something like that.

I think it would be great if we had some epic focus based ability for each school of focus. It can be a special weapon for each of them for example\_(O_o)_/ MADURAI: Dual blades with the effect of energy wave releast with each slash. Deal "modered" amount of damage and goes thru enemies. Hits fast. VAZARYN: Sword and Shield. Deal "small" amount of damage. While holding Bock Creates a protective sphere (same as before in void mode) witch stops any and all projectiles. Hits with normal speed. ZENURIK: A whip witch deal "modered" amount of damage end releases chain lightning strikes thru enemies on contact. Hits with normal speed. UNAIRU: A heavy blade or a hummer with deals "alot" of damage and ignore all defence. Hits realy slow. NARAMON: A dagger witch allow player to blink to any enemy witch was "discovered" with it's ability to see thru walls. Deals "small" amount of damage. Hits realy fast. This "Void Weapons" can be locked in the focus tree until the player maxed it out complitly (without unbonding the passives) and only then you can start to get them. Also this could be time based abilitys with cooldowns (The weapon exist a limited time and then you have to wait until cooldown is up). Also you can make "Horse" summon as 3-rd Operator/Drifter ability, and this one as 4-rth. This is just my thoughts, but it can be realy epic to use in battle against santients for example, or eidolons. Let me know what you think.
