You really think I should be the one to abort? No , just No ,it is not a shortcut for a ban , I would have been banned 1000 time already , you don't need proof , make it happen , there is no way to get banned for that ,no proof , and nothing you can do agains't that the funny part , keep your suggestion I don't need them , I know what is working , what does'nt work , if talking does'nt the bad way always work . good luck getting proof for BSOD / Bad connecticity /internet crash etc

If you are the only one who wants to leave, yes.  You should abort.  Your "answer" to no one else wanting to leave is a poor reflection on the community as a whole.  Judging by your previous response, it is an even worse reflection on those of us who have spent a lot of time playing this game and have a high MR.  Accept that run is not going to turn out how you want and abort.

Exactly this. If you stay when someone nicely asks you to leave. You are holding hostage of their rewards. For no other reason than being a (flabby piece of meat attached between 2 male thighs). You lose nothing restarting the mission (other than the monsters scale down again, really?). But they lose everything. I don't care if I intend to leave at 2k, 2.4k, 2.8k, 4k, 15m, 20m, 40m. Whatever I INTENDED  to stay till (barring getting the next C rotation on this list if they are cool with that), if someone asks to leave, we leave. It's called being a decent human being. If you can't understand that you honestly shouldn't play a co-op game.

    Just my 2 plat,

I agree with this point, but would like to reiterate that communicating intentions at the start of mission will alleviate a lot of gripes.  Moreover, if you are the one who says "I just need 400 cryotic" and everyone else is wanting to stick around for an "endurance" run, maybe take some personal responsibility and find a different group.

I maintain my stance on liking the idea of having the option to leave by yourself or continue after others have left.

Hmm I might get a warning for that but here my tips ...

Stay at extract free profit move every two minute , the message in middle of screen is really annoying :D , if you really have to go activate all the excavator , steal the energy thing run aways with them or waste them , force your team to extract , I usually don't have your issue as I end up being Host , as Host I either ask to follow my rules or a host migration is coming your ways... you know what I mean .

I agree with OP.  I would like the idea of being able to extract once you have what you came for in survival and excavation missions.  The above quote supports this.  While I usually try to accommodate reasonable extract times, (15 min or 1200 cryo) I understand life happens and so long as the need is communicated verbally or through chat and will be willing to leave.  I will be honest, if the above starts happening, I will play until you abort.  I did this just the other day with two randoms in a PUG.  Had the player said something rather than just go to extraction and later begin toxic behavior, most likely would have just ran the mission again.

  3. Here is my constructive 2 cents:

First off, I will openly state I enjoyed the 6m universal, no mod required change giving all sentinels the passive ability to collect loot.  While it wasn't as nice as the Carrier precept, I enjoyed the complete freedom of having to chose to Vacuum or not to Vacuum.  As many have stated, I do like the option of adding a mod to increase this range but feel vacuum as a passive should be a given to open up choices in both modding and sentinel choice.  I personally see the current state of Vacuum as a step back to just using Carrier for 2 unsurprising reasons:

    1. We all had a build to fit this.  Spending more resources (forma, etc) is maybe a lazy excuse but it is still part of the issue.  Part of the build issue is the raw stats of the sentinels being pretty one sided, much like our actual preference in sentinel use.  Many have talked about this, but few have mentioned (like with Warframes) their abilities give them survivability.  Taking away that precept mod to fit Vacuum mod will have one or some of the following; spoil the unique ability that sentinel had, take away another choice mod (Medi-Ray, Animal Instinct, Sanctuary, etc) decreasing effectiveness of the sentinel, or making the sentinel about as tough as a wet paper bag due to its already lackluster stats.  All of this when compared to just...using Vacuum as originally intended on Carrier.

    2.  IF/WHEN added to our space dogs and cats it will also be a mod.  There were not a lot of comments on this repercussion.  While, up to this point in time, we have used Kubrow/Kavats in situations where we obiviously didn't care about Vacuum or could live without it the time has come to bring this up.  Much like with sentinels, we would be giving away the uniqueness of a breed or decreasing effectiveness to squeeze in the ability to vacuum.  There is, however, both a pun and a whole new animal to tackle here.  Vacuum turns off pickups for your Warframe.  This means your pooch, while running around derping out on some cliff will be sucking up nothing while you stand in a treasure trove of pickups.  So changes in either Vacuum or the AI for the furry ones will be needed.  I personally wouldn't think "as intended" would work in this situation.  If you thought the wait for TWW has been too long...

So with my opinions on why this is not ideal over with, what improvements or changes do I suggest?  I will list them in a nice, orderly fashion below:

    1.  Many have stated this, and I happen to agree, the best change to Vacuum would be to make it a universal passive for Warframes.  DE will have to change coding for pickups when dealing with Vacuum being spread to all companions, this would be the most cost effective, and in the long run, efficient way to bring vacuum to all aspects of Warframe (ArchWing included).

    2.  Let's think outside of the box here.  As I stated in the first issue with Vacuum as a mod, sentinel choice has traditionally been centered around it.  But why?  We all know the true endgame of Warframe is Fashion Frame.  Does Carrier or Carrier Prime look the best?  No (IMHO).  What if, and this is a big What IF, Djinn, Dethcube, Wyrm, Shade, Carrier, Diriga, what IF they were all just SKINS?  Aren't they already just a different AI due to precepts?  My radical, out of the box suggestion to fix the "lack of diverse use" in sentinels is to melt them all down to 1.  Think of it like a buffet.  I want to have the chicken, melon chunks, peas, and saltine crackers.  Translate that to "I want to use Wyrm Prime's Skin, Djinn's Fatal Attraction, Diriga's Electro Pulse, Health, Armor, Sheilds, Animal Instinct, Coolant Leak and Sanctuary."  I could go on, but I personally feel if DE would like us to choice different "sentinels," do either of the following to give us this buffet choice:  current sentinel names are just skins (1 sentinel built MechWarrior Style) or make all precepts universal among sentinels.  Either of these would require substantial work and wouldn't be anything to be expected anytime SoonTM.   With hope, this could be applied to Kubrow and Kavats as well.

I would prefer the second option, personally.

  4. Description:  Adding forma to either weapon or warframe (have not tested with companions yet) will remove any mods from warframe, primary, secondary or melee that have been changed since last mission.  Even after equipping mods after they have been removed by bug, they will not remain when entering mission.

    How to create:

    1. After log in/mission, add/change mods on weapon/warframe.
    2. Forma weapon or warframe.  Mod loadouts for all weapons and warframe will revert to what was there prior to entering arsenal.
    3. Place desired mods back into warframe and/or weapon slots and go on mission.  All changes (other than the polarization) will not have been saved).
    4. Go to Arsenal and notice any changes in mods you desired were not saved.
    5. Put mods back in without using a forma.  Mod changes are now carried over into mission.

I have used about 14 forma in the past week and this happened 100% of the time.  I would prefer to be able to use the MR level bonus prior to forma'ing that was introduced in U18.13.2 without logging or going to the dojo prior to mission start.

    Thank you for your time.

Nope. Seriously. Loki is not a good endgame frame. Doesn't offer anything better than others can, and specially being extremely squishie and the perma invisible lie everyone tells. I thought perma invisibility meant that I didn't have to cast 3 every 30 seconds. So I gotta time my 3 every 30 seconds, and sometimes my laptop lags and bang, lagging when I need to cast 3 again, down on the floor. While being invisible, Loki is still squishie and any flying projectile will take him down, or auras if her disarms them. The best I can do is Ivara and put them to sleep for 20 seconds. It is not as big as Loki, but there is no energy issues by putting asleep everyone in a large room which this opens up finishers for the whole group.

Loki can probably use a finisher or two, but the radius of alerting enemies is like at least 8 meters so everyon would get alerted and a finisher won't be possible. Ivara just put everyone into sleep mode in a room and finish everyone. So I find Ivara more useful than Loki at being invisible. Nyx is being chosen over Loki for LoR right now, due her CC will help to kill them each other, without wasting a warframe slot. Like Loki needs to do and only lasts 9 seconds, Nyx can keep on casting it and doesn't suffer from a lot of energy drain.

So yeah. Loki is more for a solo run frame for mostly midgame. not really endgame.

    Let's put it simple:

    1. His 1 is useless in endgame cause of one shot, I could say Chroma does a better job or Mesa with her 2, so there are way better options for distractions than Loki's 1. Actually his 1 is useless.

    2. Teleport is nice, but doesn't offer a lot of utility. You could trade places for reviving, but in small rooms doesn't make any difference. You could just use Valkyr to revive. So 2 might be useful only in certain situations.

    3. Temporally being invisible for 30 seconds, gotta recast. Some say this is the best option for reviving, but not really. Ivara with her sleeping bolts and her invisible bubble and turning your teammates invisible while at it are better options, for not failing Valkyr does a better job. But being invisible is outclassed by Ivara, by a lot. She can't move as fast as Loki, but she can manouver better than Loki and turn her allies invisible, way better than Loki's.

    4. Radial Disarm, they will hit you with sticks and kill you, in crowded, awful tilesets, doesn't matter. OR more importantly. What are you gonna do against those who do not have ranged weapons, doesn't affect any of them. Spending a mod on it for 9 secs to kill each other. Why not just use Nyx, which last longer and has no need to waste a mod slot. Nyx outclasses his Radial Disarm.

There, this is why Loki isn't and endgame frame. Outclassed, and probably just one ability being uselful but being squishie against melee waves will still kill him. There are better options

    ???

I'm just going to go read one of the 5k "nerf the master race" threads...

  6. Who is Merle?

Athletic build looks plain better than bulky.

I just like the really tall ones best, more than the fatties, though the short fatties look like cute little piggies....

My friends first egg was a rare blue lotus. T_T

luckly she's gonna give me imprints, as ive decided to start breeding puppies. XD

I'm gonna try and breed some rare combos without spending much/any money, so my fate is mostly in RNG-Jesus's hands.

    (so I am doomed haha)

Domino is a rare pattern but no one seems to talk much about it?

Merle is the other rare pattern. IMO it looks better. But as proven by multiple posts no one cares that it is a rare pattern.

Domino is my second favorite pattern. No it is not rare, but uncommon. The only trouble with it is you really need some synergy in the colors or you get one weird looking space dog.

Also as far as favorites go, I am speaking only of naturally occurring patterns, not those from gene masking kits.

  7. Post a pick of of the pup with the collar being colored with the "use main" to provide colors. Also, SS's of the imprint. Although Merle is listed as a rare pattern, the kids only care about lotus patterns. The red might make it worth something to a breeder, but unless you find someone who is into mini's you are only looking at about 50-100p. And that is a generous estimate.

  8. I'm all for making kubrow imprints more transparent in what you are getting. Display settings and color saturation can make it hard to tell if it is in fact a gold color or orange.

Notes: The biggest flaw I see is Merle is actually a rare pattern, so numbers in the pattern category would have to change. You will need 3 colors listed on the imprint, because, well...you know.

Your percentages on the colors, to me, are way off. Gold at 9%? The highest? No. Revisit those numbers.

The random % chance when mixing patterns is a no go. It's one or the other. Same with build.

In all honesty, I'd prefer to just get the imprints to show the genes. Renaming the pooch would be a nice QoL improvement.

Separate energy and eye color that isn't random would be the sliced bread I've been waiting for.

  9. Ok, so ranking up only gives me access to more stuff basically?

There's no "put points into STR and DEX every level up" and things like that?

That would be what your mods do. The Focus system is currently the closest thing to an RPG leveling system. I know there is a pretty steep wall for new players to get over. My best advice is check the wiki for where to get what? and what does this do? questions. Guidance is best given from other players.

  10. and yet punishes the clan that actually recruits normally when that member had zero score before playing with us, it wasn't even the reason they joined :/

oh well, i see the other side of it as-well   just need to get to wave 50 then :)

I was under the impression that the score is cumulative. So for a Ghost clan of 2 people, so long as both have completed a total of 100 waves you will get a gold trophy. Not necessarily making it to wave 50 in a single mission each.

Please correct me if I misread.

  11. The login reward pool doesn't change by MR.  Just the chances of getting the "good" stuff.  So when we got the new rewards, since everybody started at 0 days all the high-MR players were getting the good rewards... out of the newbie pile.

    I said "better"...

  12. Higher MR = access to more weapons, loadouts, and "better" login rewards.

You get more MR points from sentinels, warframes, archwings, and kubrow than weapons. Honestly I wouldn't worry about rushing through MR. Just playing the game will get you there eventually.

  13. Will we get Chinese themed colour palettes and gifts for Chinese New Year?

Firecrackers, lanterns. Shades of gold and red? :)

Maybe something special for Wukong since it's the year of the Monkey?

Seems legit. I'd be cool with a firecracker pinwheel skin for Serro or a Roman candle skin for Simulor. The idea of dragon skins for frames and weapons in the style of the classic Hong Kong Fuey silk pajamas could be pretty sweet.

  14. I was only able to play for 4 hours during this event thus far. I have ~25 Acolyte kills. RNGeebus gave me a few mods I wanted, but obviously I am far short of all 20 (Misery hadn't even shown when I was able to play). I'm dislike my odds at obtaining the mods through the final stage, but what can I do about it other than buy them with plat?

PSA: The word this thread is looking for is incentive, not insentive.

  15. it would be nice if this post-WoW/EQ MMORPGer plague would just go away

not everything has to fall into the tank/dps/heelorz abomination =/

WF does not have defined 'roles' each and every frame brings something to the table, and they are all each individually viable [of course there are some outliers atm like LIMBO that desperately need a rework, but aside from that]

This is what I was getting at. Totally agree with Limbo rework, but you reminded me I had forgotten the gentlemen on my list.

    Limbo = best tank
