To be honest I will be happy just a DE member to write here - "we are aware of the problem and will fix it on future date". That will be enough for me, however we don't even get this, which leave us guessing if they even know of the problem.
I tried to get the attention of the customer support but they redirected me back here, saying that they have DE staff "who monitor the forum daily..." yeah right... In short we are on our own until they bother to fix it. I get it that they are busy with the new consoles coming along but come on I bet that they can spare 1-2 guys to fix this it will probably take them an hour or so to fix the problem.
