  1. I'm not sure if this idea has been proposed before, but I think it would add a lot of depth to the game if clans could launch their own operations: something like clan-wide alerts that the clan members could participate in. For example, an operation may be something like helping a grineer or corpus sympathiser of tenno escape a ship, or helping a grineer batallion fight off wild momsters to gain the support of their leader. This could potentially help the clan gain support from former members of each faction which could hang out in the dojo in a grineer or corpus hall, and maybe unlock some research projects for the labs, or even help players of the clan on missions when they're running solo or without a full team. Imagine AI grineer fighting alongside you! Maybe after you get enough support from each faction, you will be able to launch invasion clan operations. The possibilities are endless. I apologize in advance for any mistakes in my typing: I was using a phone to write this.

    TL;DR

I'm proposing adding 3 rooms to the dojo: command center, grineer hall, corpus hall.

Clans will launch operations (clan alerts) to rescue exiles from each faction that will go to their faction's respective hall in the dojo. They will help the clan develop their dojo.

  2. Hrm... Intriguing... I was planning on going corpus for the war event, but this looks a bit fishy... As long as Alad V isn't doing anything anti-tenno, I'll side with him. If he tries to activate more stalkers to hunt us down or tries to mess with us in some way, I'll side with the grineer in a heartbeat and hunt his cowardly &#! down... Going corpus otherwise for rewards, mainly.

  3. My god. I was going on the forums just now to write something JUST like this. What I want most is the ability to build a personal room which you can plan and decorate however you want. Really something I think would be cool. Player housing is always nice. Also, I really like the idea of adding more rooms to the dojo: not just decorative ones, but functional ones as well. A place to hang out like a bar would be great, and adding interaction options inside of rooms. For example if you have a bar room, there might be an option to sit down on one of the stools (naturally with the x button). After you sit down you might get the option of getting a drink. Also, adding some furniture to the dojo might be nice, like maybe some sofas, chairs, tables, etc. There is an issue I wanted to adress about the two clashing art styles in the dojo. There are completely sci-fi looking rooms like all of the clan halls, dueling room, hallways, elevators, and barracks. When I look through the selection of decorations at my disposal with which I can "spice up" some boring, empty rooms (*cough cough cough* clan hall *cough cough*), i come across some rocks, more rocks, wooden totems, and rouck fountains, which don't seem to match the room's style. the only room they seem to fit into is the zen garden. i realized that the issue may be solved by making all of the dojo's floors, get this, made of earth, grass, and stone pathways. Also, it may be nice to add some organic elements to the walls and ceiling like the orokin tentacle trees (whatever they.re called). That way, there will be no conflict between the completely sci-fi rooms and all of the completely traditional eastern decorations. Also, having some wall designs might be nice, either as a built in element or a possible decoration. I got this idea by watching the concept art livestream where i saw one dojo concept that i really enjoyed. The devs need to give the dojo some more love (and functionality).   :3

  4. The thing is, though, the term is (at this point) overused in the forums, to the point where it's used in many situations it doesn't actually apply. Even if you're only referring to those specific players, in many situations it can discourage players who want to give legitimate feedback, but are worried that that feedback will be met with the same kind of hostility. I personally got tired of the word after the ME3 ending fiasco, to be honest, but that's just me.

I definitely see what your point is. In fact, I think you're right. The term "entitled gamer" probably wasn't the best one to use. I'll change my original post so it doesn't cause any disagreeable responses.

  5. Calling everyone who gives the game negative feedback entitled wasn't really cool. Criticism of the game is a good thing and helps it to improve - calling anyone who expresses their opinion on anything "entitled" discourages that sort of feedback (even if you're not referring specifically to the people giving constructive feedback).

For instance, there was both constructive and destructive feedback regarding the release of the Glaive, but many people walked into the thread ignoring all constructive comments and labelled everyone who commented against the release an entitled whiner. That sort of thing discourages any constructive comments in the future, and encourages destructive flamewars because people get angry.

That's what I think nullqasael was referring to, anyway.

When do you recall me saying that everyone who gives negative feedback an entitled gamer? That wasn't stated outright or implied. I was merely saying that there are gamers who feel like the devs owe them something, and that their negativity should be ignored. I support anyone who gives constructive feedback about the game, whether it is negative or positive.

Edit: I apologize to anyone who found the "entitled gamer" statement offensive, and I didn't mean it to sound as if I was treating people who give constructive negative feedback about the game as "entitled gamers". That was not my intent.

  6. I watched the stream today, and I couldn't help but feel a bit of shame. The amount of work you are putting into the game is absolutely astounding! You guys work day and night, work with the community to make the best game possible, and I see very little appreciation from the playerbase. I want to take my time to thank you for creating, what is in my opinion, the best free to play game out there. Please ignore the destructive feedback, and just keep doing what you're doing. I want you guys to know that your work is really appreciated, even though it may not seem so. To show my support, I'll (hopefully) be getting a hunter founder's pack in the next week or two. If anybody wants to second my statement and tell the devs how great they are, feel free to post your own thoughts below. :)

  7. thats my true problem. i lack on slots.. and cant buy for now so... nice for me.

Well, I suggest deleting one of your frames so that you have space for the Prime. The devs say that Prime frames wil have special interactions with Orokin tech, and I think it's worth seeing what they are. Also, the Frost Prime is a limited time event item which you won't be able to get again, but you can get any of the regular frames fairly quickly whenever you want (with the exception of the banshee).

  8. Yupp, you will keep that.

And then you realize that Primes are more than a reskin, but also get bonusses on Orokin Maps, have another polarity slot and are exclusive to those who participated. And then you build it, because you would be unsmart not to.

I'm really excited for the Orokin maps! I can't wait to see what they look like! Also, did the devs say what the bonuses will be? I only saw DE_Steve's post about Prime frames having special interactions with Orokin tech...

  9. oh well i guess we need to farm for the /system/chassis and helmet bps again well if that happens im not building this.

We will, but not from Lech Kril. There will be an area introduced in update 8 which will have the prime blueprint drops. They aren't the same as the regular frost chassis, systems, and helm...

  10. I think it is pretty obvious that it is like any other Frame BP to be honest.  No slot, no reactor.

Also where did you see the design/picture?

I saw the same thing everybody else did. I saw the clear picture on the briefing @ 90% ... I really like the shade of purple they picked for the jacket, and the helm is just pure awesome!

  11. After getting the Prime blueprint, I couldn't help but wonder whether or not the crafted product will come with an orokin reactor and a warframe slot. I know it probably won't because that would be way too generous, but I would like a definite answer. I love the Frost Prime design, by the way! Good job, Devs! :D
