I like the augment mods it makes you build to you playstyle and what's best for it not just heres my uber frame worship my stats.

one big question I have and an answer too I would probably quell the doomspeakers is simply: How much influence will your new partners have over warframe and its future development.

De have stated they Want to bring em to non steam and console in the future. Its just the logistics of getting it too them as they have been made with contracts with the player and steam.

and what about market discounts ou bundles if some items are owned?
his point is that making those mods and weapons that people have to work and grind the void for to get ducats for appear more often really devalues the concept of special weapons.
if you make it so baro appears once a week whos gonna care that you have a primed flow mod for sale it might appear this week so who gives a hoot.
btw funny thing you make those high class items appear more often and there by drop in value the prices of other items have to rise to replace lost profit.

as i had a similar thing happen when i stopped for 6 months one of my K-bros died in stasis it was a my main and i had just put her in and immediately logged off. after i returned and a day later it died while still in stasis i submitted a ticket and it was looked into it turned out i had schrodingers kurbrow it was registering as being Both in stasis and not in stasis.
your case may be similar to mine and all they can really do is say sorry and you can hope they give ya an egg.
as for customer service its christmas and the poor bastards have been pushing the update on consoles out so everyone can enjoy it over the holidays cut em some slack

you only occasionally get the 3reward shuffle so far I haven't gotten it yet but my partner has.
but you can get heaps of other good stuff I've had a 75% play discount a tater seed and one golden tater
