[How Long Does Chat Restriction Last?]

So, to summarize, I did a really bad joke in the chat and got this restriction. How long it lasts? (and yeah I learned my lesson :X )

I got nova prime chassis yesterday, and today i noticed the item just disapeared from my inventory. Its the second time it happens, cause i already lost a loki prime chassis too. Its a pretty serious bug. fix it please! Can i get the item back anyways? I will submit any necessary acc information.
