Same thing happened to me last week..  I just continued and the second time through the quest completed. It was irritating, but at least it's done. Good luck.

Boss has now for the 4th time been stuck basically under a tree, since punching him does no good, can not finish the Timed Alert. Just an FYI, hope it works for you.

I was under the impression that flawed mods were only obtainable in the Vor's Prize quest.

I had three, no worries.  However I just went to check on my warfames mods and now I have 11 flawed mods and several were definitely normal when I picked them up.

What am I missing, are the mods good only for a limited time?
