  1. People ask for a Revenant rework because they don't like it. Just use another frame. Most of the suggestions could be used for an enterily different frame. Why is it that there's always someone that wants to change things they personally don't like? Revenant is what he is. There's also the ones that say he is weak, that's a more undestandable reason for a rework. I honestly don't think he is weak.
As almost every Warframe he could use some changes. Reave can be impossible to control, sometimes I can't create more thralls because I leave 1 behind and he entralls others, reaching the 7 cap and forcing me to go back to kill them, and of course, the typical awful passive.

  2. In case this is too much, a bank with a maximum of 10 Forma would also be good. So I can install 10 forma for my main build with the option of storing some if I want to change some mods. it won't allow as much freedom but it's still a QoL improvement.

Or a storage with a limit of like 5, so I can have up to 15 Forma in total, 10 installed and 5 in storage. With this option I could never have a free slot if I have 15 installed (if I want to remove a Vazarin, I need to leave in the storage, but it's already full, so I have to install one of the stored ones). DE might want to leave some punishment to having so much forma, like the current system.

Why not both? Tigris Prime, Galatine Prime, Euphona Prime, Ninkondi Prime, Pyrana Prime, Tiberon Prime, Akstiletto Prime, and more are weapons that have awesome looks compared to their vanilla counterpart and have stats that are a dramatic jump in the right direction. Prime weapons being barely upgrades, especially for Riven Mod owners ends up being boring fodder or worse (looking at you Zhuge Prime).

The entire point of a Prime (atleast how I feel it should be) is to give older weapons some attention in a variant as well as boost the effectiveness for those who liked the base weapon. Very marginal stat bonuses will leave the weapon still "meh" to those who don't use the base weapon, and for some who do love the weapon, they don't see the need to invest more Forma and time into a weapon that feels extremely similar to one they already own and use. Riven Dispositions further close this gap as well. Aksomati Prime is a good example.

I forgot to mention that in the cases of old guns that are weak or need attention, the correct for me would be to buff them, not release a strong prime variant, because otherwise the old gun is still ignored by players so it doesn't fix anything. Riven Disposition is also good to fix this.
When a weapon is weak it's because it needs a buff, not a prime variant. To me primes are not the needed buff for old gear. So at least instead of leaving the old gun uselesst it should get a buff. After that release the prime variant that is on the same level as the others, some will need a bit bigger buff, others not so much.

He hit the nail in the head with his opinion and I respect that because he was able to do it in a respectful manner unlike you who told me to stop "repeating" myself and contribute, "cherry picking", and making complete zero sense lol (BTW invulnerability phases, Arbitration Drones, Status immunity, I literally said it, and any new "challenging" content, I wasn't talking about damage from primes). But I'm done talking with someone that wants to actively disagree with randoms on the internet

    🌟🌈It was my opinion🌈🌟

You were cherry picking examples of early prime weapons that weren’t all that good. Not the 2016-2018 prime weapons were DE consistently put out great prime weapons that were significant upgrades to their original counterparts.

The ones after that are fine weapons, not that there are many with just 6 Prime Access counting Chroma. Maybe giving them the same big buffs would make them too strong. As I said, if new primes are getting much smaller buffs, why aren't they also much weaker? I'm not giving any more examples because you accuse me of cherry picking. You expect me to name every good weapon after Gram, and every weapon before Gram? Whatever

    hace 3 horas, (XB1)GearsMatrix301 dijo:

What do you have against prime weapons being improved versions of their normal variants? It’s a great way to re introduce a long forgotten weapon that nobody uses because it was too weak to even consider using. There’s no point in a prime weapon if it’s hardly worth using over its regular variant.

The better looks is a very good reason. We already spend a lot of pl on cosmetics right? Besides that, I would like primes to not simply increase the DPS. If we keep increasing damage everywhere, enemies will also need to get stronger either by increasing their stats or with those atrocities like status immunity, invulnerability phases, or arbitration drones. So instead of just increasing DPS (wich in the end gives the exact same experience, you just get to extract 15 minutes later before damage falls off) DE could give utility buffs that make the experience better. Soma's 100 clip vs Soma Prime's 200 and max ammo capacity is a nice example. Reload speed, fire rate, punch through, damage fall off. The two shot magazine from Vectis. And sure, some minor damage buffs. So I'm satisfied with Baza Prime. What I don't like is debuffing and changing the theme. Like Aksomati Prime, it doesn't look like it belongs with the Soma Prime, and it's accuracy was lowered.

We don't need more damage but players will always want more and more.

The cutoff point to when prime weapons started becoming disappointing is after Gram prime. Also Akbronco is great for armor stripping, Dakras one of the best single swords, Boltor still sucks. I’m not going to lie they’re still underwhelming weapons. So now why are you just cherry picking prime weapons to make yourself look like you have a valid point.

So I am both giving bad examples (Dakra) and cherry picking. What did you want me to say, Boar Braton Burston Latron Dual Kamas Ankyros Hikou? There aren't many more primes. No I wasnt cherry picking.

I'm against giving buffs to primes for no reason, that's all. Didn't know my opinion would trigger people.

  6. hace 8 minutos, (PS4)Black-Cat-Jinx dijo:

................................................................. You never hear about Dakra.

    Dude.

Dakra Prime is one of the most powerful long swords in this game. Possibly THE most powerful given it's riven disposition and the fact that you can't get Skana Prime without being a founder. Boltor prime is also an extremely powerful weapon in comparison to it's non primed variant... Akbronco is kinda one of those it just doesn't feel good to use weapons rather than it being specifically bad.  But Dakra, Dakra prime was a very bad example to give.

Nah I didn't want to give the extreme examples. Those ones are outperformed by the newer ones, and are less popular too (from what I can see, only DE really knows this).

That wasn't the point tho. The point was that, supposedly, old weapons were getting much better buffs. If that was true then why aren't old primed weapons more popular? If it is because new weapons are getting stronger and stronger, then of course the primed buff is getting smaller, it's to prevent power creep. I don't see any prime causing balance problems, those are caused by other off topic things.

Prime weapons used to be more than just “Glorified golden versions of a weapon”. They’re always been significantly stronger versions of their normal variants. Up until recently where every Prime weapon won’t even go past 5% increases to crit or status and the damage is either completely untouched or barely increased.
If we’re just going to get weapons with stat boosts so minuscule they don’t matter then there’s no point in putting in the time and effort to get them when they’re barely worth using over the normal version we already put investment into.

So now I ask you. Do you have anything more to contribute to this discussion? Or are you just going to repeat “But prime weapons are just gloried gilded versions of normal weapons” again?

Lol that was my opinion you don't need to get all angery with me.
I said that twice, because I've been told twice that Baza Prime is too similar to Baza. If you wanted a different response you should've said something else.

Even if old weapons got better buffs (didn't check) they are still weaker than the newer ones. I have seen plenty primed Stradavar, Akstiletto, Tigris, Tiberon, but never Akbronco, Dakra or Boltor. Maybe the power gap between old and new weapons is getting too big.

I can see how it comes of as that (though not intended to be that). It was more that if DE is going to give us intrinsic that would help solo players it might help them to see how it works with out it. Currently I'd be hard pressed to see what an AI crew could offer that would make it much faster or better than what I can currently do myself (outside of them killing radiators in archwing form).

DE doesn't need that because they can play it for themselves. In fact, they must test all the content they release.

I also solo Railjack and I surely know what things NPCs could do to help me. Any solo player should be able to imagine ways NPCs could be usefull. Of course this was not designed for solo players because it becomes frustrating at times. You can't board a crewship without it shooting what it feels like 100 rockets at your Railjack.

The most simple NPC function would be fixing the ship (preferably only when I tell them to). They could also use the guns, control the Railjack so I don't need to exit the asteroid to shoot the radiators (twice), grab resources from the map, aim the Railjack to a crewship so I can slingshot board it, craft... Seems pretty obvious to me.
Solo runs will never go as smooth as a run with at least 1 good squadmate. I want the Command intrinsics so bad

But that is what primes are all about! I understand if you want the Baza itself to have a buff (I don't think so), but buffing Baza Prime only is really really unnecessary.

One the kiva guardian  says something

Two the lich has an unusual glow around around it

Three its using an unusual weapon grineer dont use

Four the patch notes pretty much explain this

The WoSS is massive, his fugutives are noticeably different on top of having a unique name (bad example) the lich grineer are noticibly different.

Pay attention to the next time youre valid for spawning a new lich and watch one in the mission it spawns in. Theres quite a few tells besides the very unique and hard to miss red marker that follows it around.

You can't expect people to read the patch notes, they are optional. And what happens if you come back a year later, you need to read all patch notes from when you left? And if you are new?. That information should be ingame.

None of those points makes it clear that after killing the Larvling a stronger enemy will spawn. You get outright punished for killing an enemy, something never has happend before. Every time an enemy has a red mark above it we kill it, the game itself taught us that. Assasination, capture, when someone marks a Stalker, remaining enemies in Interception, etc.. And when Parazon arrived I only knew that if the enemy had a red thing on top of his head I could press X and his remaining health would be removed. But now there is an exception and you can't expect anyone to act different because he has an "unusual glow".
It's also nonsensical to ask the player to be on the lookout because one of the 967 enemies he will kill in his mission has a small chance of being a larvling.

Mine didn't live long enough for me to look at his weapon, (not that I look at new enemies weapons) and the Kuva Guardian didn't say anything until after I killed him probably because when I joind the Larvling had already spawned. Still, thats not enough.

Don't know what a woss is but it's not a bad example. There are many enemies that have an aura like effect and no one stoped and said "hey I wan't to know more about this enemy before I kill it. It might spawn an unkillable dude that tells bad jokes".

Most likely one of those Garudas that stay at 2 Health the whole Mission.

I know Garuda. I don't even use her, never even talked about her so I don't know why bring her up now. I only said I don't use Flow on any of my builds to let other people know that a 500 energy pool may be a bit overkill.

  14. hace 48 minutos, ES-Flinter dijo:

Not even on a sound quake focused banshee, or a high risk quick thinking Garuda? 🙃🙃🙃

Don't know what made you think I use a "high risk quick thinking Garuda" 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 But yes I did use Banshe on the recent Defense alert for the Solstice Lenz Skin I think it was, I used the Sound Quake augment and I did fine without Flow.

  15. I don't use Flow on any of my builds, that includes Ash wich is currently my most used frame. Usually 100% Efficiency, or 130% does fine for me (also Rage in Ash's case). I use Frost only on Excavation Arbitrations (again without Flow). No energy problems here. Are you sure you don't spend 80% of the time with half energy pool unsed?

This wasn't a problem until now that newer frames are getting a larger energy pool (Mainly primes, they all have energy buffs nowadays). Now everyone seems to want to spam powers at any cost. I can't understand the mentality of a player that has no problem on wasting a mod slot for an unleveld Fleeting Expertise simply to get 175% efficiency, you don't need that in most cases. I hope these are not the same players that ask for more mod slots.

    Maybe drop Blind Rage?

  16. Hi
I think Ash only needs changes to Shuriken, Teleport, and his synergy overall, so you are changing things I belive don't need changing. But you asked for opinions so here it is. There's a TL;DR for other people at the end.

You made him too squishy and raised his energy. I guess his energy makes sense because you need to spam Shuriken more often to raise the Blood Pool, did I get that right? But don't lower his already low armor, his health needs no change either. I understand now he has a bigger pool to spam invisibility and a better Smoke Screen, but he is forced to be permanently invisible wich is no fun.

I understand you don't like Bladestorm, but please do NOT make it another exalted weapon. It's like bringing two melee weapons. Don't care if it's strong, it's boring and unoriginal. Smash melee brainless?. No thanks. I hope DE is done with exalted weapons.

    Blood Passive

    Spoiler

You only get stacks and combo counter with skills right? Otherwise you will be at full stacks and combo all the time with some weapons.

You did a very interesting thing with Bladestorm (now Teleport Blood version) and his passive. If you get stacks of blood using Shuriken, it encourages the use of an otherwise useless skill (not so useless in your revisit). The new bladestorm could be energy free because you are using the stacks you got from using Shuriken. You still can't spam it depending on the blood stacks cap.
I don't want Ash to be a spam Shuriken to get Blood Stacks>Use Bladestorm. But it's an interesting idea.

If some skills use Blood Stacks instead of energy, it will help those skills to not be outclassed. For example, in current Ash I would use Teleport more often to kill if it used Blood Stacks instead of energy. And the people that prefer Teleport over Bladestorm would do the same if Bladestorm was the energy free skill (but used Blood Stacks). Needs balance touches and testing, but it could work, at least for a different new frame.

    Shuriken

    Spoiler

I'm not sure. Your first Shuriken brings a bit of CC. I would like something that brings more damage. I could use your Shuriken skill if an angry Nox is coming my way and I don't want to kill him for some reason my gun doesn't have the necessary damage to kill him fast, I can't risk getting close because I'm low on health, and I don't have or don't want to use my Blood stacks for the new Bladestorm.

Mini-Shuriken sounds good on low level only. If the explosion brings CC then it's good ol' AoE CC, wich is good, but as I said I preffer damage for Ash. Why? Because that's Ash's job. Let your squadmates apply CC. That is my oipinion and it's tied to a very different subject that is: what is the balance level we want in this game? For example: If you think Saryn is balanced, then Ash is a weakling that needs buffs. I like the balance level of Ash, meaning Saryn needs nerfing.

Mega Shuriken seems outclased by the new teleport with that whooping 10 energy. That 1000 damage won't fall as fast as the previous, but the finisher is simply outclased. I prefer to teleport and save 15 energy.
Now if instead of energy, Mega Shuriken used Blood Stacks...

    Smoke Screen

    Spoiler

Stun sounds reliable. Stagger or a blind goes better with "Smoke" (just saying).

It makes sense that you increased his duration in your squishy Ash, honestly I don't think it's necessary if you don't touch his stats.
I see you increased the energy cost, is it because of the stun? I prefer the normal stagger effect if that means it stays 35 energy.

It's kind of a side grade if you keep in mind you changed his stats. It may be 2s longer, but you also need to be invisible because you have less armor and health. It costs more, but you have a larger energy pool. The CC is the real buff if you actually need it.

    Teleport

    Spoiler

10 Energy might be a bit low don't you think? But the changes are good. I wouldn't mind a different, short animation. The flip is painfully long especially when used for finishers.

Holding a button to mark severly hurts your mobility. Maybe hold to enter the "bladetorm mark phase", and press again to execute the targets. The marking process is slower than the current Bladestorm, It's acceptable because it leaves space for a different skill.
The clones killing all enemies at once is a no from me. That's a nuke (you didn't talk about the damage tho).

    Hidden Blades

    Spoiler

The experience an exalted weapon and a normal melee weapon gives is exactly the same. I don't want exalted weapons never ever. Peacemaker is an exception because it does not work like a normal weapon, it might need a nerf to it's numbers but I like it. Smashing a button to kill everything is something you can do with any melee. Equip a whip and pretend it's Hidden Blades, you won't notice the difference.
Talking about whip, why did you give such a long range if they are even shorter than daggers? i'm not even talking about balance anymore. It just doesn't make sense!

Good job on not straying too far from his original kit. Minus his 4 of course. At least you didn't remove Bladetorm completely. Some people completely forget that they could make a new frame with their suggestions.

TL;DR: The passive brings very interesting possibilities for his kit, Shuriken is still not worth it outside the blood stacks. Smoke Screen is a good side grade/small buff (much better if you need CC) but I prefer the one in game. Teleport is very good but might be too cheap. I don't like Exalted Melee. The synergy problem persists.

This is a bug that happens all the time they always look like holograms and that's a stupid thing to say of course it doesn't make bs weak what`s your point?

You are nitpicking, looking for the slightest problem BS has. This bug doesn't make it weaker or less fun to use but you use it to undermine BS. The counter is just a small detail, why make a fuss about it? It seriously bothers you that enemies are marked and teammates will kill them? I guess you avoid using Enemy Radar too. You can't ask for a revisit with arguments like those. YES I remember your other arguments.

    hace 4 horas, (PS4)Vexx757 dijo:

    Now you are being disingenuous, you can`t do this and you know it. Go and try it yourself and please keep up these are the reasons why you can`t do it. Like I said before;

"Teleport can do it better and is faster at it. (this alone destroys the purpose of using it that way) "

Yes you can, you need to look at the enemy and press 4 two times in a row. And Teleport doesn't do it better and faster, yeah I tried. It uses more energy and probably puts you in danger inside enemy lines stuck in a finisher animation. With BS you can mark and give him for dead while you kill others or do whatever you want. And this is only up to debate because we are ignoring the fact that Teleport is buggy. The new hotkey for finishers doesn't seem to fix this sadly.

There is one situation where you can't tho. If there are two enemies close to each other you need to mark both of them. This is because BS does have a small cone of view that no one talks about. Why you don't list that in your reasons? It's the main (if only) cause.
Those reasons you give should also apply to Teleport and can be avoided if you have skill.

I'm not trying to oppose everything everyone says, I also want the game to be as good as possible (and Ash in this case), but it's just that these threads are so nitpicky and never adress the real problems Ash has like his 1 and 3, and the lack of synergy. Ultimately we all want the same thing, DE doing what would be best for the game. Sadly I don't think Ash is in their plans. I hope I'm wrong.

The two stages of the killing process make bs slow, because of this, other players can take his kills before you get a chance to kill them which makes him not helpful in the team, not fun to play and in a fast-pasted game, this is bad.

Slow is relative to what you are comparing it to. What frames are you comparing Ash with? Also your problem is mainly that Bladestorm is too slow but most of your points don't fix this.

Marking enemies for some players is sickening because of the motion of moving the cursor onto enemies, even though it`s easier (but still a problem) to do this using a mouse, doing this on a controller is not as easy, an ability should be able to be easy to use no matter what you use.

This is an exaggeration brought up too often here. You don't need to frantically move your mouse around.

Because enemies are highlighted by your chosen energy colour, it will make enemies more visible to other players to go and kill them which in their minds is a top priority.

If what you say is true then Bladestorm increases the team's DPS, effectively helping without using energy (because it was refunded).
Let them kill them. You get your energy refunded and BS finishes faster so you can use it again.
Also it doesn't use your chosen energy color, it's always red. Why does no one talk about how it resembles so much to the Arbitration drones' aura? They look like they are marked, but they are not.

    hace 6 horas, (PS4)Vexx757 dijo:

If you want the full damage of bs, you have to mark the enemies three times which will slow you down or makes you stationary (if you want to do it quickly) to mark enemies with three marks. In low-level missions, your energy will be refunded back to you if you over mark and in high levels you obviously going to want the full damage of it so there is absolutely no point in having to choose the amount of damage you want to dish out. With the old bs, you had the full damage regardless.

Maybe. Apply the 3 marks on the first look and refund the unused ones. But it will use much more energy, even if it gets refunded later. Implementing this would mean you can only mark 4 enemies and you're out of energy. Even if in most cases the damage dealt on each will be overkill, you need to wait for BS to end so you get your energy back. No Invisibility or teleporting while you wait, and definitely slower (wich you clearly stated you don't want it to be) because you are marking 4 enemies and waiting for them to die. The way I see it, applying the 3 marks would make the ability worse 90% of the time.

(depending on how many enemies you mark)

Then make it use energy. Like it now?
Joining Bladestorm makes you invulnerable and it's free. If you were careless enough to use all your energy when you are about to die is when you deserve to die. No offense intended! It's the same with other frames.

When marking, you can`t mark enemies that are behind walls or objects which make you have to run around searching for enemies to kill and if you in a team, your marked enemies will be killed off by your teammates.

It seems logical to me that you can't mark enemies you can't even see. How do you even know they are there? If it's behind an object I'm sure you'll manage to jump or move around with the over the top mobility we have right now.
Your teammates are killing something else somewhere else, you make it seem like they are following you and making sure you don't have fun.

Even if Ash`s damage has increased to 2,000, (his damage now is still great) the damage is not as good compared to the old bs. The apparitions of the old bs was like Saryn`s 1st ability damage but slightly better, (and the terminator) the apparitions would not stop killing until the enemies were dead and even though attack speed mods can increase their killing speed, with the current bs, the apparitions only attack three times however the bleeding damage speed cannot.

    What do you want here?

You can`t pick an choose what enemies you want to kill; (which people claim you can do) on paper it makes sense however in practise the idea is not useful. For example, if you wanted to mark an energy eximus in-between two other enemies and you only have enough energy to mark one enemy, you are not able to.

    Yes you can

    Reasons;

    · Enemies are running around to where you will either run out of energy or you simply can`t mark the eximus.

    · You will have to stand there trying to mark that one enemy.

    · You have a chance to get hit by a stray bullet or by an explosion whether you use your 2nd ability or not.

    · If you’re playing in a team, someone WILL take the kill from you.

    · Teleport can do it better and is faster at it. (this alone destroys the purpose of using it that way)

    What?

Overall Ash is a contradiction to what DE wants ppl to do in this game.... PLAY AS A TEAM

I disagree. Ash is good at dealing damage and not much else. And that's fine, play as a team and bring others that help you defend the target if that's what you need.

And Bladestorm is relatively slow. Obvously, since people keep comparing it to nuke frames.

The reason he needs a rework cause he is one of the least played warframes

    That's not a valid reason.

Shuriken and Teleport are the ones that need a change the most. At least Shuriken is at the same level as almost every other 1 ability (useless).

did u even try out the augment for 3rd skill?

I think he dun even know that augment existence since he called the skill trash from beginning.

    I knew exactly you were talking about the augment. You claimed teleport refunded energy wich is false. You need an extra mod for that and I like my mod slots when they are not occupied by bandaid mods. ;);)););););;

Trash? I said it's useless because Bladestorm exists.

I can see we will never agree guys. I'll finish this up by saying that Ash does a very good work at a 45m Arbitration/Sortie lvl3. To keep going after that is overkill, and your own problem. Bye have fun
