  1. Doesn't that also mean that your possible choices are more restricted?

    Then again, Electricity and Poison are both not really high-priority elements.

    I'm guessing that is the trade-off, you have less options, but it also requires less space and does its effect very well.

     

    This also becomes even more confusing when you consider something like firing through Volt's shield...

  2. I`ve been playing for over 4 hours now and im still level 1 how is that possible ?

    Because it's mastery, not the more traditional levelling system used by something like CoD.

     

    Is this really the reason you're so turned off playing this game?

  3. I think (and would hope) that the level 100 = level 40 thing is getting a little lost in its explanation.

    I would think that it would work something like this:

     

    Mercury, currently being levels 1 - 5, would change to levels 1 - 2 or 3, and Venus instead of being levels 4 - 12 would change to levels 3 or 4 - 9, etc.

     

    I also don't think the high levelled enemies would be the bullet-sponges we've come to fear so much, but rather would become harder through the status effects inflicted to us, meaning that you would be rewarded for successfully using builds that counter these statuses rather than slapping on as many shield/health/armour mods as possible.

     

    ..I hope.

    Oh, sorry I misunderstood, I thought you meant that you could target your team mates on the other end of the link.

    But seriously, I don't think there would be a drastic penalty for scanning alerted enemies, and you could even try to use squad chat to coordinate your team to play stealth.

    slight exaggeration perhaps, but you get the point.

    When there are more than one, or they are right behind a corner, then yes it's hard to expect them, but not impossible. You can use the flying-kick to get past them, or use the normal knee-slide to bait them into slamming early.

  7. I'm done trying to use clan tech..... it sucks! For every existent clan weapon there is a market one that is better.

     

    Dera is very weak. The no recoil, hits-can and pinpoint accuracy would make people try it. 

     

    Hell... I would try it.

    1: Not necessarily true (though that's most likely a different topic altogether)

     

    2: It does indeed need a buff, but this isn't the way to go about it.

  8. Any specific ideas/anything you are working on about preventing the "burnout" of veteran players?

    Will there ever be a mod to affect projectile flight time?

    Can you PLEASE make the health tab (z-button tab) below the chat box instead of on top of it?

I actually kind of like this, it would give initiative for people to revisit older missions/try out new equipment/etc. My only concern would be that maybe people would rush or afk missions simply for achievement points. Overall though, redeeming points for something similar to a daily-login type thing would be nice, or even redeeming them for affinity if you're levelling something up.

  10. Does this really matter...? Is adding a very slight flight time to bullet-type projectiles really going to change much in the grand scheme of things?

    As you said, this is Sci-Fi, but you're forgetting the second half. It's fiction, none of this is meant to be realistic in any way, it's a video game. Sometimes the laws of physics are not necessarily followed in order to make something look more dramatic or other-worldly. A Dera fires "laser" projectiles in the same way something from Star Wars or Star Trek fires a "laser", it's a glowing, slow bullet, but it's just to be showy and fancy.

     

    That aside, your idea for a complete overhaul to every existing weapon for such a minimal change just seems unnecessary, and would most likely add unneeded strain on low-end computers. Not to mention it would also mean that some weapons that have flight-time on them would no longer have them and vice-versa, changing the balance of weaponry.

  11. I have to partially disagree with A, B and C. The stunlocks are easily avoidable through movement mechanics and abilities, and there are also mods to help with that sort of thing.

     

    The rest of the points though are completely valid. Nightmare needs a serious rework, boss abilities need to be looked at again. I'm fine with the Stalker being able to "dispel" our abilities, but a 1-2 second long animation for it would be great.

  12. It's because she's the best support frame and she's not a damage dealer. Most likely if you did the same defence over again, they'd have a much harder time.

    Either way, that bug does suck, a lot.
