  1. I'd say Defection is one of the better modes they've done recently, if they could just get the AI working. It has an actual objective, makes a variety of powers useful, lets you move around a bunch... There's stuff to do in Defection, unlike some of the older modes, like Defense, where you just shoot the breeze and idly kill some stuff that waddles toward you like packs of inept lemmings.

  2. Across all eidolons, the Synovias are named "Teralyst Synovia," which just seems like one of those little oversights that slips through now and again. If someone's got a quick sec before a new patch drops in, maybe change some of them to "Gantulyst Synovia" and "Hydrolyst Synovia?" Or would that entail creating entirely new entities to apply the different names to? Maybe just drop the first word entirely, or call them all "Eidolon Synovia?"

Primed Chamber is, and has, been in the global build for some time and is not considered part of the Primed mods.

they also have said on a few occasions that they fully intend to take Primed Chamber out of its ridiculous rarity bracket of less than a hundred in existence at some point, though I suspect they haven't yet because people who overpaid in platinum for a largely useless mod will throw a fit.

Yes, 100% of the frame kill goes to the frame... but your teammates will also receive this affinity, although for them it will be split 25/75 (or 33/66 or 50/50 if they have 2 or one weapon only).

If you do less affinity today than the other days with the same method, it only means that the people you're playing with are less good at killing stuff (or better at leeching affinity) than the other days.

The number of weapons equipped doesn't affect the division of shared affinity, it will always be 25% to frame and 75% divided among weapons.

If there's one weapon in particular that you want to level, I'd suggest equipping it on Trinity and EV spamming so that your allies can get all the kills and feed you affinity. Typically what a leech provides is bonus spawns, which increases affinity for the whole party, while they suck xp for a weapon. Playing something that supports your allies without getting kills is just a friendly way of doing it.

I know. I even just stand around in the center of hydron spamming avalanche and get almost all of the kills. And I still get a lot of affinity for my weapons, Unlike today.

You weren't getting all of the kills, and you were getting a lot less affinity than you otherwise would have been.

  5. Relic vaulting started because, in the old void system, the loot tables were too diluted. Instead of changing the drop tables, of which the majority of the rolls were credit caches and forma blueprints, they opted to change the system entirely, because it was definitely the only way they could have POSSIBLY fixed bad loot tables. Was it a bad decision? Nah, the new system allows for four different rolls on the same, much smaller drop table, per completion.

The bad decision, in my opinion, was their idea to put unvaulted relics BACK into a horribly diluted drop table, via bounties, which already never drop anything you want. Not everyone can sit around farming vaulted relics from overly long bounty objectives, and even if they can, the returns are dismal. We've still got a perfectly good void just sitting there with no rewards on it, what's even the point of it anymore? Why not use it for unvaultings?

Oh? So it's the Sortie style missions again?

Just alerts, it seems. Each weapon comes with pre-installed potatoes, and the syandana was disabled due to a backend error until the next PC patch, which may or may not be out now, I'm not at home to be sure.

    Well, crap.

i guess I just don’t like sh!tty insta kill bosses. Hm.

That's not even good runs, that's just 2 sets a night. Good runs are 3-4, and with that it would be 24 in-game nights. There have been almost 400 in-game nights since the Gantulyst and hydrolyst were added.

I refuse to believe that you’ve taken down over 100 Hydrolysts.

It would be 95, and that's a perfectly believable number. If someone only did two sets for every cycle since release, it would be around 800 Hydrolysts. It's definitely possible.

it is dumb as hek, de will not do something like this because it will break game's balance. The rivens have their desposition starting from one to 5 and it is based on global weapon's use % which is bad. Tiberon have 5/5 riven despo which from start was good but rifle did not have good stats. Now DE buffed weapon but did not adjust desposition and this one factor killed rivens for this weapon. now bobody even want to look at tiber rivens without CC CD DMG and priced are like real scam

    One big no

Adding ways to use riven transmuters to make more desirable rivens through the use of resources will lower prices all around, and the loonies who try to sell everything for 12k will only suffer. If nothing else, transmuters should be able to reroll a riven to a different weapon, without throwing in four. Either that or they could lock stats, to keep the ones you want and roll away the junk stats.

  10. It's possible that Windows(if you're on PC), for whatever reason, decided to change your install location to be non-writable, making it impossible to update in any way, which Steam tends to want to do. You can try running the executable directly from inside your steam folders, or find some way to make those files writable again.

  11. Arcane Pulse is really nice on Nekros, since all those orbs are floating around to set it off, and you're constantly missing some health.

I like Precision and Velocity for Mesa. Barrier and Grace are options, considering her damage reduction applies to her shield.

Guardian was changed to be better for frames with less base armor, not that it adds a flat value instead of a percentage. I use it on most of my squishy frames, the 600 armor can be a lifesaver. It also contributes to Frost's Snowglobe eHP.

Fury would be a good choice for Excalibur, effectively adding a second Pressure Point when it activates, and maybe Phantasm, if it counts the automatic blocks from Exalted Blade, but that would need some testing.

Sounds like a good idea to me. But why should this be a Riven mod? Mods like that are already in the game as corrupted mods. And i think, this should be one.

But i would really consider to let this mod only work for warframes with shield. Would be a bit too powerful for Nidus and Inaros, otherwise.

Not really. It would just be a bad, weak Vitality, and no actual build would use both. You could go full goofball mode and use Primed Vigor, Vitality, and whatever the anti-shield mod would be, but it wouldn't be good.

  13. There are so many people in here talking about how, by this logic, you should just get free stuff. Uh, nah? Waiting for Vomvalysts to decide to creep out of whatever hole they're hiding in before you blow out a kneecap isn't difficult, it isn't a skill-based activity, it's a time sink. Every time someone proposes a change to a time sink, a volley of naysayers arises to proclaim, "Oh, how lazy you must be! Oh, what blasphemy it is, that you would want wastes of time that are out of your hands to be shortened!"

In all honesty? In terms of CC, something better than a ragdoll is if the enemy doesnt move or shoot at all. (Max range and moderate duration Stomp is nice. Also: Praise Booben)

And you can shot the Tornados with enemies to damage them like you do with Hydroid's puddle.

While we are at it, let me quote a few other things you said.

Nezha's Warding Halo must be a nightmare then...

I would say Tornado is more sucessfull in holding enemies more than Magnetize since they can just run out of it...

Although, the Tornados should be more agressive in hunting down enemies.

Is anyone actually reading what I'm saying or are you just starting a sentence and going off? I also specifically mentioned that tornado works better than Magnetize, but still too often it throws a unit across the room and doesn't do as advertised. If it sucked enemies up and you could shoot the tornado to get your damage in, and that worked reliably, it would be great.

Nezha's Warding Halo is generally a non-issue because it's not duration based, and it grants you invulnerability, increasing its health when you take damage during the invulnerability phase.

the problem with ragdoll isn't that it's not good enough CC, it's that nobody wants to chase a Lancer five miles up the coast just to put some buckshot in his jolly skull. Physics in the game could use some tweaking across the board, if the air blast simply knocked them over it wouldn't be such a big deal, but their wireframes become possessed like something out of a Bethesda game and go spider-flailing into the next room.
