Enemies that are affected by, and recovering from, ragdoll crowd control effects (https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Ragdoll -- As well as Mag's fourth ability, Crush) do not produce Magnetize bubbles from Mag's second ability, Magnetize. Mag will not be refunded the energy if the Magnetize bubble is not produced. Does not matter if the Mag player is the host or not. Reproducing steps: 1) Be Mag 2) Use either Pull or Crush 3) Use Magnetize on any enemy who was affected by either Pull or Crush (Enemy can still be flying or currently getting back up on their feet. Does not matter.) 4) Lose your energy and despair at the lack of a safety bubble
