you're fine, i remember when i played, after 2 months, im still only mr8 cause i only bothered to level weapons that im interested in, and at first, there wasnt quite a lot of weapons that i was interested in

i dont think thats true, wasnt it that the orokin used the warframes as surrogates for the tennos' powers, so they must've at least found rell with the others first before casting him out
