Once you get the success window all loot has been sent your inventory. You can abort.

This is definitely not true. RJ is still a buggy mess and client has chance to completely lost exp/loots.

Just the other day I was doing continuously holokey farms, I decided to leave after 7-8 runs. When I about to leave, the host started a new mission. So I clicked "X" at top of the voting screen. As soon as I hit it, I was kicked to host's dojo by myself. I checked the inventory all my loots(including holokey) was lost. The Tenet weapon I was leveling were suppose to be max'd out, but got reset back to Lv25. I was really pissed.

RJ host migration cause client to completely lose reward had happened a few time to me since RJ introduction. Everytime I post on forum about this issue, people just brush me off saying must be an UI error. It is NOT, it just haven't happen to everyone yet.

This is why I always told host to dock in relay(dojo can get infinite loop) after few runs. DO NOT leave group while in mission.

  2. If players use multiple loadout with different configs, its bound to have some confusion. That's why I only make loadout for Tridolon and Profit Taker, then for the rest of gameplay I always stay in default loadout. Since I stay in default most of time, changing from arsenal will allow me to update/review all my current equipment/mod without any confusion. No need to try to synchronized multiple loadouts.

As for your suggestion, I don't see any down side of it. Parazon is strictly for your currently lich/sister and wouldn't effect anything else. Only the top row should be shared tho.

  3. The problem is people don't want to do requiem share. I have sit in recruitment multiple times for countless hours, trying to fill the whole squad without any success. So I ended up soloing rad in req. mission. In my experience, I had easier time finding rad squad from within the requiem mission than from  the recruitment.

One good thing is that the requiem relic drops like candy. I have like hundred of them so I just turned all my excessive traces into them. They are like my traces dump.

  4. I am not exactly 100% sure how the bug triggers, but there is definitely miss reward for client on railjack mission. I tried to talk to random crew members on ship. But everyone kept telling me its just an UI error.. But it is not. one time I tested it by going to railjack with unrank weapon, my affinity got reset after I got back on ship and with no reward.

Today is double resource event so I decided to farm some asteries. I made a group that would stick together and farm asteries in asteroid belt for multiple runs.

    I had 1135 asteries before I started.

Completed 1 mission on Earth, didn't record down how many I get. But I think roughly 700-1000 asteries.

Continuing 2nd mission without return into dojo, screenshot 2932 asteries toward the end. (2932 is combination of asteries I got from mission 1 and 2 since we didn't return.)

Group disbanded got back on ship, only found 2307 asteries.

Relog Warframe to see if it updates, still only 2307 asteries.

I suspect how the bug happen is, if I join railjack as client, I will only receive reward from first and last mission. Meaning if I do 5 mission with same host, only first and 5th mission I will get reward. The only way to save all reward is to dock in dojo after each mission.

  5. I am not sure if this is intended, but Cautious Shot doesn't apply reduction to Ironskin.

Tested it with Kuva Ogris and Cautious Shot equipped:

Shooting the ground with any warframe, only lose about 300 shield and slightly health.

Shooting the ground with Rhino and fresh casted Ironskin, all 9k Ironskin will be gone.

Shooting the ground with Rino and NO Ironskin, only lose some shield/hp.

So Ironskin doesn't receive damage reduction like health and shield.

Don't worry it will show up. Either if DE fix the issue (probably UI bug). Or if you yourself can spend few plat to force the issue away by buying one piece of cosmetic (that's worked in my case) (BTW Syandana is kinda jank anyway :C  )

Yeah I saw your reply. Have nothing I want atm so don't want to waste plat. I will wait for hotfix.

Update: I got it now. Seems like there's a delay for getting it after the purchase.

  7. So many MMO have gear score or item level. Not only those stats make unnecessary competition, the community are usually toxic. In those games every players are judging by others base on their "numbers", if you don't meet the requirement, you don't get to join the group. Everyone will be chasing the meta, leaving no room for creativity.

Warframe on the other hand is more relaxing, the player only need to do "enough" damage to pass the mission. This open up the freedom to play however you want. EX: A Loki might not deal as much damage as a Saryn, but it excel better at the Spy mission. There are many gameplay situations are immeasurable by number, and that is a good thing.

  8. Moa weapon are not getting exp unless the moa score the kill(last hit on enemy), can anyone else confirm this?

Update: I switched to Helios Prime and the weapon was ranking fine. So the problem seem to be with Moa only.

  9. I just notice this today as well. This happens on both Archwing gun and melee.

The problem starts occur if you place any mod behind the 3rd elemental mod. A quick work around for now can be:

    X 1 2 3

But in this way you can only use 3 elemental mods. Hopefully they fix this soon

This can be applied to strategically picking up ammo as well (I don't want to pick up ammo when I have only used one shot). Or saving up life supports (I don't want to vacuum up a life support when I'm at 99% life support).

Extended loot range does make strategically picking up harder, however it is still doable.

Correct me if I am wrong but life support already have extended loot range build in.

You don't improve looting by having it picked up automatically. That's essentially removing looting to a certain degree.

The whole argument boils down to the fact that you like vac and you want vac but you don't want to be without other pet abilities or you would be happy running sentinels all the time. That is the entire point of vac being on the sentinels, making you choose which abilities you want for the mission just like you pick the right frame and weapons. I like having Charm active so I generally run with a Smeeta but I'm not creating threads asking for Charm to be a Warframe passive so I can have vac too, if I want vac because I'm speedrunning or whatever I just equip a sentinel and accept the loss of Charm.

Those arguing against vac aren't comparing pet ability vs pet ability as nobody is stopping you equipping a sentinel and having vac. What you want is vac and another pet ability thus reducing the choices of companion to pretty much Smeetas. Sentinels die whereas pets can be revived and vac is the strongest reason to choose a sentinel over a companion you can revive. Remove vac from sentinels and there really isn't much left to warrant anyone equipping a sentinel.

There are also tactical reasons against vac as Abyssshy says.

Asking vacuum as warframe passive is like wanting to buy a car with power windows than manual windows. Either power or manual both are still rolling window up and down, just one is more convenience. By adding the passive to WF, it doesn't completely remove looting. It only make looting more smooth, less annoying, and less buggy.

You are comparing charm with vacuum again, which I have already mentioned several times in this thread that they aren't the same in comparison. Charm or any skill/ability/passive/mod improve the strength or efficiency of your in game character. The stronger your character is the faster you kill etc. But vacuum on the other hand improve the quality of gameplay. Being able to loot with extra distance solves alot of issues and bypass the annoying pick up mechanic.

You are right nobody stopping me from using vacuum, which I have it on 99% of time. I will be MR25 soon then I probably won't need to farm anymore. I am not here posting a topic because I struggle in game, I come here to make suggestion.

P.S. Abyssshy got a point but that situation is very rare compare to ppl looting 100% of time.

That was a sarcastic post pointing out that choosing between between abilities is a fundamental part of game design. Some games have skill trees where you have to choose between skill A and skill B. On this topic you have to choose between a sentinel or other companion. I didn't mean you were asking for everything yet but if you did suddenly get univac which companion skill will you pick next to campaign for being a passive next? Where does it end?

I am not picking any random ability I want and make it universal. I pointed out vacuum because looting is the most basic level of the game but has been done poorly(look at archwing looting).

My complain about looting would be similar as if someone complain about the game explosion too bright or UI text too small. I am talking about looting is essential part of the game which should be improve. But you guys kept bring up the argument about comparing pet ability vs pet ability which has nothing to do of quality of gameplay.
