Why are you all rushing and throwing your plat out the windows anyways?
The game will still be here tomorrow, so why not take the time aka play and enjoy the game.
Games are media, entertainment, a form of art - if you're just, and only, in it for that last achievement or
the highest rank there are tons of cheap mobile games that'll be perfect for you, and for doing just that.
As for the ones shouting 'robbery'; I get your point, slightly.
But on the other hand, same or similar things went down on the Blizzard forums (low to high droprates for surten things)
when D3 still had its auction house.
Result: the company removed most, if not all, means to trade.
'Scams', as you call it, happen all over.
In the end, when every argument has been resolved or blown out of proportion; it is still up to the seller and the buyer
to please their own personal gain and greed.
If one of the parties is not pleased, they were outsmarted, or whatever you want to call it, by the other.
Plain and simple as that.
Sure, we can go hours and days about how DigiEx could've foreseen this through magics of the Void,
or at least should've put a little more thought in it,
but remember, they're still people who make mistakes as much as the next.
They're no superheroes fighting injustice while you're asleep or trading your platinum away.
As mentioned somewhere in this topic, I also think the greater lenses were put in the market for 40
because of all the complaints they got (availability and high trade prices on cannon-material).

I follow Op's theory.
Margulis was blinded from or because of her time with the 'sick' children.
Lotus / Natah wears this helmet covering her eyes,
on the helmet there's a lightbar/monitor? which might be functioning as her eyes.
Reincarnated as Natah, retaining some memory, when sent to her task to kill the children,
Natah grew compassion for the children -instead of performing her task, she used the frames or maybe even the Tenno themselves
to take revenge on the Orikin for executing her, and using the 'sick' children's special gift for their own greed (power, money -that gold isn't cheap).
Lotus, as well as Natah, as well as Margulas refer to Hunhow as their father, or the womb they grew from. -

Do not rush, take your time. I rather preffer a delayed Update, than an update in time, but full of bugs and the inevitable hot fixes.
and on an unrelated Topic. Could you rework the droplist to avoid having so many CORES or FORMAS? mostly while you're doing the so hard to get T4 or some T3 keys.

From what I heard, the Void will dissapear / get blown up when Starchart 3.0 hits.
And with it, most of our / your problems will be / should be resolved.

A (new) profile usually means the update isn't far away. -
I guess some of you never played games by other developers.
Glorified companies like Rockstar, Blizzard, Ubisoft,... sometimes, if not most of the times,
postpone updates / expansions for weeks / months on end, while leaving their costumers in the dark.
If large® companies get to 'screw' up on (estimated) releasedates, why can't DE?
The Queen / Spacemom keeps us informed, and she doesn't make empty promises
("we're still hoping to release the Update today" isn't the same as saying "it WILL be OUT TODAY").
For the last two years (didn't play WarFrame before that) they've been honest and kind to us,
wich is a rare trade these days, so give them a break.

Look for another experience if you don't want to sail this ship anymore.
But you'll be back (you can say 'no way' all you want), no matter how long it takes,
you'll always wind up with your frame(s) by your side, as you were intented to be.
