    Servers are down, don't bother resetting password.

     

    The fact that we're here means it's back up, but it may go back down any time soon.

    Ignoring the desire to call you names for being so flippant about people's opinions, People are right to worry about how future content is implemented. People already voiced concerns about the nature of the glaive's implementation, then DE does the same thing, but this time with a warframe, so it's triple the alerts needed to catch it. If people don't voice their concerns then DE won't know how many people actually feel a certain way about something.

     

    As for "forcing people to pay." There is a point where something is too difficult to achieve without shelling out money and can be considered "impossible" or not a real option for acquiring it. It's especially frustrating as frame and weapon platinum prices are stupidly high. If DE isn't making money on selling those things, perhaps they should look at other factors, instead of sticking new, desired items into a system that many are frustrated with. It's true, we don't know the drop rate of parts, but all we can do is speculate until it actually comes out. Been tempted to quit multiple times over how aggravating the current alert system is, might actually do it too, depending on what U8 contains.

    Assuming what Rebecca said is true, and that the Alert System will be getting an overhaul (we shall see), the only issue at the moment I have "next to impossible"  to complete without platinum is inventory space. Limiting the amount of Warframes and weapons you can have without sacrificing them is truly revenue-evil.

    What's more ridiculous, however, is that the vast majority of the people whining on this thread are assuming ALL Warframes and content in the future will be obtained only via [?] Alert Missions.

     

    And then continue with "DE is going that direction... they are FORCING us to pay.. <insert some imbecilic ragequit whining here>"

     

    I'm losing faith in humankind once again.

    $30 -- 570 -- 1 plat = $0.052631

    Regular platinum purchases do not affect Founder Pack prices; Founder pack purchases will affect the remaining Founder Packs' prices.

     

    So spending $200 for the platinum + 3 rare mods pack will not render the Grand Master Founder Pack down to $50.
