  1. Let's start with dual wielding. It's been a LONG time since they released and promised to deliver the rest of it. Now we have melee 3.0. The system is set. But WHERE is the rest of dual wielding? There isn't even a mention of the thing anywhere. Even when considering the possibility of the team not putting it in because the new melee system was coming, delaying it for this long and not even bringing it up when questioned about it multiple times is not nice. Next, Zephyr [DE]luxe. DE is a business firm. They will make products and byproducts that has a market so it raises enough revenue. Making a [DE]luxe skin for a warframe with a very low player support is obviously not a good decision from a marketing standpoint. I understand. But I believe the playerbase deserves an explanation or at least a small update. The couch has been telling us "it's under development" multiple times for quite a while now. In today's [DE]vstream, I saw considerable number of questions about Zephyr's [DE]luxe skin. But they weren't even addressed. I am worried that Zephyr [DE]luxe skin is turning into the community's next Hydroid Prime trailer. Forever sitting at the state of coming around some time later. I'm pretty sure there are more, but these are the two I can think of as of now. But I believe it's enough to raise some awareness.
  2. 1. Any news on Valkyr getting some love? Steve did mention it. 2. Where is the rest of the duel wielding? Did we all forget about it? 3. Is Zephyr [DE]luxe going to be our next Hydroid Prime trailer? 4. Archwings are still very messy. Especially since the Railjack. To be more specific: Elytron was always weak and unfit for wide space maps. Without any sort of power house abilities or defense abilities, it's become almost completely obsolete. Any plans?
  3. I would love to see an actual druid/tree themed warframe. A kind that actually plants/roots herself and grows into a big tree to provide strong assists but in a limited area.
  4. Aside from the Chroma people whom I just can't understand at all going wah wah and Sure Footed breaking the whole intention of making people care about where they shoot their kabangy shells, here's what I have to say. You see, I actually liked self damage. I like blowing myself up sky high in a game. Sure, the self damage was unfair. I had to empty the whole missile reserves to get a strong sturdy bombard with a plain old Ogris while one weird shot could just evaporate me. But that's what kept it fun for me. Its presence kept me looking at my surroundings in game deciding what and where and when to shoot. Now that it's completely gone, I no longer feel the need be careful or observant. The knockback is just annoying and boring. So here's what I suggest. Mild ragdoll. Something like what Sonicor does to mobs. Keep the current knockback, but add that funny little ragdoll that sends a warframe bouncing away a short distance when an explosion happens REALLY close to you. Now this would mean increasing the flinch/knockback/ragdoll range of the blast. The knockback we currently have isn't much of a punishment or present any risk. I believe it can even somewhat let you dodge bullets a little. But ragdoll. Ragdoll sends you bouncing for a few seconds AND requires that little animation of standing back up. It takes time to get back into action. Now this will surely present itself as a risk when a player has lots of mobs around them. I'm sure this will certainly do a better job at presenting explosive weapons' character and provide more fun. And the damage reduction based on blast damage. I think I do get what you fear. With the increased blast radius that cuts off players' action for a split second, letting the same damage get dealt to that wider area must have looked like a bad idea. But reducing the whole damage this drastically doesn't look too good from what I see. Sure, video game logics apply here- but it's still an explosion. It's supposed to hit many people with devastating effects. Maybe reduce the dropoff to 50% or 60% and increase that blast radius slightly further, connected to the suggestion presented prior to this one?
  5. So... no buff to kaboom guns AND no self ragdoll? This one's a bust.
  6. I have one question: Will we get ragdolled if we shoot a missile at our feet?
  7. Ooh, will stacked blast damage inflict aoe ragdoll? That'd kinda bring space programme Sonicor back!
  8. It kinda is? Is it not? I thought this was a kind of a general thingy. No? Okay I'll go back to my smol cave.
  9. But then again, through all this, we learned that rushing DE is a bad thing to do. We now know we gotta wait very patiently.
  10. 1. Dual wielding! Where's the rest of the dual wielding? 2. Will Parazon and Kuva Lich get their respective lore? I want behind stories! 2-1. Will there be more Lich diversities, as in personalities, looks, and voicelines? 3. Any update on Valkyr getting some "touchups"? I believe Steve sorta mentioned it. 4. Pet and companion reworks? 5. Modular Archwings! When and how are they getting implemented? 6. Is Zephyr [DE]luxe going to become our next Hydroid Prime trailer?
  11. 1. Can we PLEASE get an actual LORE behind what Parazon is, and what Mercy does, and how Requiems work (as in, how it works and what it is)? The team gave us the railjack themed skin for Parazon, which implies Parazons were around since or before the Old War and all. Its whole concept is not told, however. It is, as of now, just a feature that is kinda thrown in there to make the Lich system "work" and slightly "interesting". But then, this leads to my second problem. 2. Liches. They don't have any lore to them either. Steve wanted this to be something that looks like Shadow or Mordor, I believe. But probably due to lack of time to develop concrete base for the new Lich system as Warframe was suffering severe content drought, it seems like it was rushed out without much flesh added to it. Without the background setting behind the whole "Kuva Lich" makes it hard to keep me interested in it other than for the purpose of getting a new, min-maxed gun and some Ephemeras. I'd like to know if anything is planned to be added into Kuva Lich system from lore standpoint. 3. AND, I'd also like to know if additional voicelines and characteristics are planned to be added. The current stale and static serious female and jolly male with ONE additional voiceline given to a Lich according to its randomly given quirk (which is usually not given at all) makes it even less interesting. 4. Pressing x to work hard to get gun. Now, Liches, at its current state, doesn't feel organic at all. Heck, Zanuka and G3 feel a lot alive than Liches from the "consequence" standpoint. And now the Lich doesn't even punish me for getting the wrong requiem. I am slowly getting angry about how irrelevant Liches are to the whole picture of the game as of now.
  12. 1. Dual wielding. It's been a LONG time since it got mentioned. I do remember hearing from a devstream that all one handed melees will be eligible for dual wielding. I REALLY want to know where the whole thing is at as of now. Is it, like, forgotten? Or is it abandoned? 2. Phorid rework. I believe this thing was in the oven for as long as I can remember. Any news on this? 3. I believe Steve kinda hinted about Valkyr's touchup. I'm VERY interested in this one. 4. Archwing, pets, and companion reworks. 5. Modular Archwings. Where are they, and through what and how will it get integrated?
  13. 1. The removal of the "punishment" for getting the wrong requiem made the whole thing even less organic. It already lacked the sense of consequence in terms of creation of a lich- now it doesn't even feel like a nemesis at all. Not scary or threatening. Just another random poofing out field boss kind of mob for another gun farm for yet another min-maxing. At this point, in the standpoint of being relatively organic, it seems to me as if the G3 and Zanuka have better system to it because they come at you based on your actions and actually give you a penalty for losing the fight. Hell, the liches don't even have any sort of mocking voicelines when they "run away". 1-2. Maybe change the description of "Mercy" as something like: "injecting the right amount of kuva to separate the soul from the body, relieving the pain and granting the victim swift death" or whatever. And correct requiem mercies could be "injecting the right dose to overload the lich with the boiling old blood, weakening them". That would make more sense why using the wrong requiem would power up the lich. 2. I really, really need to see more variations in quirks and personalities. Male liches are funny guys, and female liches are all serious and logical- it was fresh when it first came out. The excitement lasted a week. But after that, the voicelines became old and repetitive. The patterns bored me out way too quickly. The liches, at the very least, need different voicelines with swapped personalities to feed it some fresh air. And I don't mean differently pitched lines that sounds like another. I mean actual new voicelines. New lines for serious male liches and wacky female liches. Please.
  14. Weapon exilus mods are there, I believe based on what the team told us, to provide the use of utiliy mods without sacrificing a mod slot. However, from what I see, the currenlty available collection of pexilus mods doesn't exactly look complete. I don't get why, for instance, Fast Hands isn't a weapon exilus mod while Ammo Drum is. The way I see it, one of the categories of "utility" for a gun would be faster reload, more bullets in a magazine, increased maximum ammo, and more chance of picking up ammo- but only the increased max ammo option is available. And, you know what- I think mods such as Wild Frenzy, Firestorm, or Shred (to some extent) should be available for the pexilus mod slot. They all do not fiddle with the stats of the gun, but simply provides "function" or "utiliy" of choice. I hope one of the staffs replies to this. I'd like to know, if these can't be done, why.
  15. Tbh, the whole lich system feels like "press x to get gun". Doesn't really feel consequential, you know? It'll be great the next Corpus nemesis works like shadow of mordor, where nemesis is created through your choice of actions. Like: the head engineer in charge of Ambulas' maintenance got pissed because you just won't stop breaking it. I gotta cry beeg since Grineer bruddas always get the meh prototype when it comes to new stuff for Corpus capitalist bastards to learn and improve on/from its errors/shortcomings.
  16. Wh-what? So I don't get punished for guessing wrong? Where's the frustration and fun in that?
  17. In case you western bois are wondering why rat would symbolise intelligence... One of the 12 animals is paired up with one of the 10 letters in the the lunar year cycle to name the year. First comes the rat. There's a story behind this. See, it is said that these 12 animals raced against each other to number themselves- obviously, to see who's the best. The rat knew it couldn't win since it was so small. So the rat decided to ride on the back of the cow who was the most diligent. Long story short, the cow was about to come in first when the rat jumped off its back to come in first place instead. There you have it. A story behind the whatever you couldn't care less about.
  18. Elytron really needs some touch-ups. You see, I believe this particular Archwing was designed to hold down one spot and deal some damage in a large aoe to repel general space units. But here in Railjack missions, fighter jets aren't slow or still. You can't really hit anything with 1 unless you go pop it in the face, 2 doesn't work since the map is too wide and there are simply too many enemies, 3 can't be affective since the area is so wide open, and 4 -the "tactical nuke" as strong as a firecracker- works even worse than it did in archwing missions: it either flies off into nothingness or hit a rock, harming nothing (unless you throw it at a missile battery.). Sure, we have archguns, but what is the point of having an archwing if it does not serve its purpose?
