Added note: It appears that the same issue is present for all Vauban alternative helmets. Armistice: Esprit: I understand that this is not high priority, but I really like how frames look by default with the new PBR retextures and not being able to use alt helmets because of this "mismatch" is rather annoying.

Vauban's alternative helmet seems to still be using the old plastic-looking shaders that don't match the updated PBR shaders used on the rest of Vauban's model.
