  1. Personally I like the addition of bursas because they sometimes force people to actually be bothered with hacking the alarm and quick enough.

However, I believe they should spawn only due to alarm unhacked for too long so the solo players have a little easier time.

You are picking on words. OP's intent was clear and understandable without the need to go into semantics.

Although I can see appeal in the choice of masculine/feminine form - for example I dislike Rhino for how painfully masculine it is - I am against the idea. It would take away certain je ne sais quoi of each individual frame.

The electric + status mods, cores, some crappy research resources and credit caches... yeah "rare" isn't what I would say for it.

Just before the event Jolt was selling for 50-75 plat. Give it couple of months.

  4. We're glad you've studied/read about psychology, but please, throwing names like "stockholm syndrome" and "Freudinan" does not make you seem any smarter, in fact it makes you look like a poser who attempts, not too succesfully, to hide his insults behind specialised terminology.

There has been no change to World on Fire. DE have mentioned previously that it's going to be reworked but increasing its cost would solve absolutely nothing.

500 nano spores is not that great a number, unless you're crafting 25 point restores and have to drop 3-4 of them at once.

For toxic ancients and healers, that's usually the only time I'll hit miasma, as they don't resist corrosive damage. That only works to a certain point, though, and after that you're better off using miasma to stun then blasting them with your secondary, as cruelitas suggested.

Can you please explain? Does miasma do corrosive?

I am not a Saryn player but my husband loves the idea of her and we're trying to learn how to play her. Spores with gas ignis is understandable but he has problems with armoured targets. How to deal with them?

  6. I do not have a lot of cores since a lot of my mods still need upgrading and I farm for them daily at Hiearcon.
However getting 25 cores continuously from sorties that can be really hard (at least for me) is a really meh reward. If it was 50, I wouldn't complain but 25 cores is in my oppinion a reward disproportional to the effort and time put into sorties.

Lenses, imo, should replace silver cores in Void.

How can warframe.market's data be "outdated"? The prices listed on warframe.market are not over-time averages of prices that suddenly stopped getting updated 1 day. They're the real-time as-is price people are asking for whatever it is they are buying/selling.

If I have something listed on warframe.market today for 10 plat and that same item is still up for sale x amount of time later for the same price, it doesn't mean that the price is outdated it means that I still want 10 plat for it.

If an item on a store shelf in real life costs $10 bucks and half a year later you see the same item on the same shelf for the same price are you going to go the store manager and tell him/her that the price is outdated?

And in regards to offers listed by people who are offline - people don't actually try to contact those sellers/buyers anyways. It's the online sellers/buyers that sensible people are going to try to contact.

Offline/inactive sellers/buyers are more or less irrelevant and can be ignored. You shouldn't be looking at the prices of offline sellers/buyers and telling yourself "hmmm this price is outdated". The people that are online are the only people that matter. For all intents and purpose you can think of offline buyers/sellers as real life stores that are CLOSED. You can't buy things from a store that's closed anyways so why does it matter what a price is there.

Just pretend that the offline people on warframe.market DON'T EXIST.

And if you think warframe.market isn't "automated" enough idk what else to tell you other than that you're probably not effectively/properly using the site.

When I get on Warframe I get on warframe.market too, change my in-game status to online and within an hour I've already been PM'd by as many people as I can trade in 1 day looking to buy my stuff.

In fact I get so many PMs from people on warframe.market flocking to me trying to buy my stuff that some days I don't even bother to get on it because I have so many items/trades on "hold" for people from the previous day that I didn't have enough trades for.

That's about as automated as it gets without literally setting up a bot to log in to my account and sell my items for me while I sleep.

I am literally rolling in platinum because of warframe.market.

I've made more plat selling things on warframe.market in the 3 weeks I've been using it than I have in the year I've been playing Warframe/using trade chat.

Warframe.market allows me to set the price that ME and only ME feels is right for my items and if people don't like that they can take a hike/PM someone else.

In the time it took me to write this post I was contacted by 4 people trying to buy stuff from me on warframe.market. I am not joking.

I wasn't talking about prices, but of people still having items listed that have been sold long ago or still wanting to buy itmes that they have long ago aquired. This is what I call outdated. I am guilty of it too, actually.

And this is where I call for more automation: offers that have not been updated (even if the update is to log in every week and tick a box in your profile) should be removed. It is automated and streamlined for people that use it, yes but I want it to automaticly remove inactive users/offers.

It happened to me multiple times that I whispered someone and got the answer that it's sold already, because it's an old entry but what's most annoying is ton of the replies I get" sorry, should be wtb not wts".

You make a valid point concerning the prices, but I wasn't talking about the prices.

I'm glad warframe.market does it for you, keep using it. I'd rather something more... hm temporary - as in: I know the offer was put there within las 30 minutes and I have a fair chance of catching that person online, with trades still available rather than a seller/buyer like yourself that I might need to wait a day for to make a deal with.

I hope I made my point clear this time :)

  8. There are many frames with many different abilities, fulfilling different roles. Some have very powerful damage-dealing abilities and some have utility abilities. You can argue that most frames are op in some way.

    And what if they are?

    Nothing.

If it's fun for you, play it, enjoy it, where's the harm in that? Valkyr, like most frames will excel at one thing at a cost of another. If you dislike her "immortality" don't use it. However if someone wishes her nerfed only because she does something better than their beloved frame, well, then it does not speak well of that person rather than of Valkyr and if someone believes her useless, then they clearly don't know her full potential.

It is unfair to generalise that she does not bring anything to the team. In some missions she will, in some she won't, it is as simple as that and it applies to every single frame.

  9. It is weird for me, because it seems so very random.

Sometimes it bugs when I get downed. Sometimes just simply after switching weapons, but then another switch usually fixes it. On some maps it does not work at all and I have to die first. It used to bug more often when picking up power core for excavators or datamass but now it happens only ocasionally, which is an improvement. Also it has bugged on me on few occasions upon casting Mirage's ulti.

  10. I cannot offer you advice as I know nothing of programming, however I'd like to express my support to the idea. I am all for it.

With all due respect to warframe.market, it has way too much outdated data, tons of offers that are incorrectly posted, ie. someone advertising for want to buy rather than want to sell. More automation and focusing more on current offers is called for. Say, your site displaying offers that appeared on trade chat within last half an hour and being deleted if the offer was not repeated.

    Also, isn't ingame tradechat regionalised?

Before anything i think it needs a fix first. I hope DE are working on the issue of it firing blanks most of the time (host / non host doesnt matter). Once i was doing a solo mission when the stalker appeared & i was was doing 0 dmg to him with my ignis. So i switch to my staticor only to realise that it was firing blanks & ultimately die at his hands.

Hah, you got here first :)

Yes, first and foremost it needs a fix. I love this weapon and yet it bugs way too often.

I hate to say, it but when you phrased it as "teenage tenno" it brought back something from my childhood because all I can hear in my head now is "TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TENNO, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TENNO"

    You're welcome.

I have thought of that but didn't dare post it :x

But come on, we all love TMNT, right? Right?

    Thus far...

But that's the beautiful thing about this game, it can always be remedied in the future. The parts they missed, can be readdressed in future updates. (U21: The Operator Update) :)

My dream anyway... My Third Dream.

I do hope you are right :)

  14. Personally I find the idea behind the teenage tenno to have fantastic if not overwhelming potential. Sadly, the story writers seem to have gotten overwhelmed indeed for the execution of such potent idea falls short.

Teenage body is one thing but I assume the mind of the operator would not be so childish anymore after all those years and all those deeds. Or perhaps some of them would be exactly like that, where others would be edgy, others still very mature and others still turned into complete psychopats, et caetera.

This is what it all boils down to: choice. Faces, voices, personalities. We are given a handful of options. Now, I realise Warframe is not an RP game, but throghout my whole experience with this game I was under the impression that both developers as well as large part of the community care both for lore and aesthetics. Therefore it is odd that having introduced something so groundbreaking, DE would serve it in such incomplete form. I mean the "dialogues" too. There are few sentences that the operator repeats over and over, quite often in situations where their lines make no sense.

Anyway, it was pretty obvious from the start that noone is inside the warframes since only very few could fit someone inside. "Drones controlled by children" is also not a new idea since it has appeared previously in literature. I do not mind the operator being the way she is, it does not affect me, I choose to believe that each of my frames has a separate operator. My Excal is guided by a noble and valiant soul, while there is a very enthusiastic, life-loving and curious being behind my Nezha.  I know, it is not canon, but hey, that's what imagination is for. I suggest you use it, OP rather than take everything so seriously :)

At the end I am only going to say that I agree with what someone posted previously: reasoning behind Lotus's betrayal of the sentients and being so protective of tenno is, pardon the language, pile of b******t.

TL:DR - teenage tenno were a great idea that was poorly executed.
