It does work that way, or rather it's intended to. It's just disgustingly bugged to the point where she's not in a playable state.
Her ult is just a suicide move now.

Her ult is still terribly broken and that's unacceptable as it ruins the point of even using her.

It appears that like the above poster i can refresh dread mirror if i double tap the ability button, but this is incredibly cumbersome when trying to rapidly switch between and use powers as you intend to use them since this invariably causes a heart throw.
I still can't use her ult reliably, It locks me in the cast animation and unlike the above poster, pressing and releasing twice does nothing.

I'm having massive issues with her. I can now only cast mirror and then throw an unchanged heart because apparently none of her charged abilities work for me anymore.
Using her ult locks me in the channeling animation permanently.

She deletes things. People complaining about her slowness forget that all frames have setup to do what they do, and they all take longer than you think to do so.
She's the best release they've made in ages, she just needs the usual bug/qol pass. Gorgeous frame, absolutely great kit. She's probably the best debuff frame we have and her self sustainability is off the charts. She works great on her own, and is a boon to any team. At high level her usefulness is just ridiculous, she scales infinitely *and* she allows any frame she is with to do the same.

Looks like they hit the nail straight on the head, considering how she literally swoops around goring people like those birds do.
You're cherry picking and pretty confused. Garuda is not the heroic defender of the weak. Vishnu is. Vishnu rides Garuda. But god forbid you read what you cherry pick from.

She doesn't suck the life from enemies and turn them into vampires who can then turn other enemies as well.

Third party devs avoided Nintendo because the hardware was garbage, the formats were garbage, and the list goes on.
Has nothing to do with image. Nintendo's image is their own doing. If your platform is weak, no one can work with it, you're left with what you put out yourself and thus create your own image.
This has been an issue with Nintendo for ages, and now their first hd console was a complete flop.
If they don't get their asses in gear and realize hardware matters, then they are done.

Mastery rank is total garbage. It needs to be removed.
It is not effective and only serves to irritate the player and force plat buying/ridiculous amounts of grinding.
It also serves only to reinforce the playstyle you all CONSTANTLY whine about: Draco Farming.
So lets stop bringing up MR like it's a useful metric, because you should all by now it's straight garbage

Alright, I was extremely tired when I wrote my first reply to this thread, I'd like to apologize for acting like a biggot and I'll try to ignore the aggression I got for it in hopes that my apology will be accepted.
This isn't actually true, there have been studies done on what we find fun and why. Although we desire this, and will say and even think it is "fun" when we do it, we will get bored of it very quickly in comparison to something that keeps us challenged. I didn't mean to sound like there is a correct way to have fun, just that statistically there is a way to have fun that will last longer than others. I was making the leap from long lasting to "more fun".
That's really harsh, should you really be so quick to judge when it's so easy to make a mistake? (such as going on a game forum when you're tired and grumpy...)
No that's not what I meant at all, most people's idea of fun is the same, and that's having power, but although having power is a good goal, in practice, it's not so great.
There's a reason super heroes have weaknesses and struggle at something, why tv shows have plots instead of just having characters that sit around doing nothing, and why video games are critiqued based on the amount of challenge they give.
Imagine if you just randomly woke up omnipotent and omniscient. You would have infinite power and infinite knowledge. What would you do? Why do that? You would already know the result; you're omniscient. There would be no reason for you to do anything, there's nothing to do, nowhere to go, inevitably, you'd be bored.
Your only mistake was letting the world know what you thought.
You still adhere to those views, and they are still pretentious.

You are honestly complaining for the sake of complaining. You only think someone is leeching due to the completion stats, but there are so many ways that can mean absolutely nothing.

Not for this one. Not for any most likely. Quests are guaranteed no effort required.
Prime Access is too big a money maker. No one would ever buy it if the only thing you were really getting was cosmetics.

Why people whine and cry over free legendary cores is beyond me.
Most other games would laugh in your face if you asked for compensation over a change.

Proportions are not open to opinion. Just because you can't help but talk out your &#!, does not in any way, shape, or form alter the fact that from what has been shown, the model's proportions do not match the concept proportions, even a little.
Anyone with even the most basic of knowledge in this area could attest to it.
Next time you want to try to make a smart &#! remark, make sure you actually know what you are talking about.

It takes a massive amount of time to say anything on ps4.
If someone dared try thanking after I revive them during a fight, goes down again, its on someone else to get them back up.
Show gratitude by getting back into the fight. Save your empty platitudes for tea parties.

This game isn't in beta. Just stop. We are not beta testers. Many years ago it was a different story.
Today? Not the case.
Online games are constantly developing. They either do that or die.
That has absolutely nothing to do with beta testing.
